Big brands like Bahria town, Chaudhry Abdul Majeed both are the largest developers of Pakistan and they have delivered mega projects to the people in time. They didnt sponser the cricket or any other team. They made these big brands just by service and delivery to the people. So instead of wasting money on PSL or loser Pakistan cricket team, invest in the land, and provide on time delivery of plots services to the members of Park View City. J block is still not delivered fully, overseas, hill view, golf estate are still waiting for the possession of the plots. If you will deliver to the people, you dont need any expenditure on marketing. Your delivery of services will be your marketing. Your members will be your marketing team. So please focus on in time delivery and services to your members.
Overseas block members have completed their payments. When the possession will be given to them? Majority of members of overseas block are overseas Pakistanis and they have paid their all installments well before the time but still they are hopeless for the possession. There are rumours of excess selling as well. So i think overseas Pakistanis will again face disappointment from Park view city for investing their hard earned money in Pakistan real estate.
It's just publicity stunt nothing more.
