After selling these plot files, they start searching for land, telling clients that you are having difficulty acquiring it. You have sold more than 7,000 plot files in their overseas block, but plan to provide possession to only 1,000 to 1,500 members who cleared all their dues by December 2022. This is because they do not have enough land. Additionally, what about the golf estate land? Members who cleared their dues by December 2023 and some in March 2024 are still waiting, with no information on where the golf estate is located. Furthermore, all golf estate plot files are trading at 15% to 25% below their original price. So deliver us land as we completed payment plan.

Many overseas pakistanis who completed their payment plan couldnot get their plots in Park View City Lahore. Society made fraud with many clients. Please be careful..

First complete phase 1 and give plots to thousand of affecties in J block Overseas Block Golf estate block poor people sold jewellery house hold items they didn't paid their children school fees but paid installment on time with the dream that one day they will have their own plot and home but you people didn't fulfilled the promise and didn't delivered even to 10 percent people

I brought 2 plots in overseas block 3 years fully paid at the time unfortunately still we overseas Pakistanis are waiting for broken promises by not investing further in any PVC. Im still waiting for map reveal and possession with work being so slow. By just talking is not enough we overseas are not stupid you haven't even delivered the first blocks and already talking about Golf estates and further blocks. Firstly stop changing the goal posts again and again deliver school, shopping, internet, park's, mosque etc. So delusional...so confused... PVC Stop lying start delivering.....

Instead of working on the delivery of their undelivered blocks like Golf, hills, and overseas, the management is setting a trap by starting speculative rumors among the investors of Hills and Golf Estate. They suggest merging your plots because the society is unable to deliver them, and it may take three to four years. In this fake planted promotionl intervw someone is sitting and giving fake examples of societies with timely delivery records. Even C block has not been delivered yet; the work has been in progress for the past two years. They launched Phase 2 just to divert people's attention from the Golf and Hills issues. They are pathetic.

The Park View City as the number one society is only on social media; however, in reality, it has failed to deliver as per its commitments. Dealers make videos claiming it's an excellent society because they are affiliated with Park View City.

GOLF STATE STATUS: I have been told by Park View that we will for sure deliver Golf State - but when it will be delivered no confirmation received. I have paid the full amount for this plot and opted against merging it into the Overseas block when offered. As Golf state 1 Kanal was of 2.5 crore and I paid additional 25 lacks for corner category, and on the other Overseas 1 kanal was of 1.5 crore. My decision was based on the assurances (letter from Park View) I received about the development of the Golf Estate. Unfortunately, I have not yet received any confirmation regarding the delivery timeline for the Golf Estate. This lack of communication is causing me significant anxiety, especially considering the substantial investment I have made. In previous interviews and events, Mr. Aleem Khan emphasized the importance of investor trust and transparency. In line with that commitment, I kindly request a clear update on the development status of the Golf Estate and a delivery timeline. Given the significant investment involved, I would appreciate if you could get a direct response from Mr. Aleem Khan regarding the following: 1. A concrete timeline for the delivery of plots in the Golf Estate. 2. Land that has already been purchased for Golf Estate, this has been confirmed by Park View Sales Leads I invested in Park View City based on trust and the promises made about the Golf Estate.

Before going for phae 2, PVC should deliver Overseas Block

Give us phase 1 committed plots in golf and hills state - before requesting for investment in phase 2. It is our hard earned money and as committed phase 1 shall Be delievered before commencing the phase 2

There is a lot of development required still for Park View City 1. Hope the society works on the residential blocks that are not delivered like Overseas Block, Golf Estate and Hills Estate.

We shall not invest in phase 2 until phase 1 golf estate hills estate and overseas is delivered to all customers. Society is doing injustice by not updating about these blocks and they have announced phase 2 which is not correct
