Hello mate, great project, but I wonder why you won't use the QFN packages in your design! It's Smaller and you can move the RTC from top to bottom layer and I was very surprised by the crystal oscillator on the top layer! Why won't you use the smd version? Besides the RTC IC that you have used, I mean the PCF8563T doesn't have integrated temperature compensation. I recommend using MAX31341C it's very accurate and available in the qfn package too! Cheers!
I design the board in such a way that it can be assembled with a regular soldering iron, without the use of special soldering equipment (a hot air gun)
