East of England - ALL CITIES Ranked by House Price

Having visited all cities in England, I've put together a regional guide, ranking each and every one by house price from low to high. Here we take a look at the East of England. The information presented comes from rightmove.co.uk and its data pertaining to sold property prices within the last 12 months, so bear in mind this is time-sensitive, but correct as of May 2024.

3:00 Colchester. It's not just "Roman enthusiasts" who might consider the place the 'oldest city in the country'; it is in fact the oldest recorded town in England, and was considered the capital of Celtic Britian - which is why Claudius made it a priority to capture the place, and then have the very temple you mention built right on top of an ancient Pagan site of worship.The 'castle' is Norman, and is today still the largest Norman Keep in all Europe, despite the fact that it originally had another floor to it. Colchester is chock full of important English history.

Very informative video :) I plan to move to Norwich so this video helps! :) . The price is increasing in Norwich, especially in the renting market where even in the past year the prices have gone up by £200 - £300 when I had a look. I just hope it stagnates or flattens so that the prices don’t get to London levels!
