unable to continue after installed the ubuntu, disappeared the CMD page

please excute this command from cmd
wsl -l -v , this should show ubuntu running
if not run this command from cmd
wsl --set-default Ubuntu , it should complete successfully.
finally , run wsl.exe from cmd or simply search for wsl.exe on start menu search and open it , now you can continue the process of creating new account ... Let me know if it helps or if you face another issue.
