Tuula! Thank you!!! I only learned to crochet about 2 months ago and started with amigurumi. I made 11 chickens haha, and then started making other things once I felt more confident. Earlier this month I finally learned how to make a granny square, which was very exciting because up until that point I only knew how to do single crochets and increases and decreases. You are such a good teacher and I think I'm fully prepared to try the bobble stitch! I wanted to try making a pie hot pad and knew I wanted some dimension to my blueberries. Thank you from a 30 yr old in Texas! ♥️
Thank you so much, lovely that you have started to crochet! 💗 Great that it gives you moments of enjoying what you learn. Also great to have some younger people following, mostly it is people around my own age. Happy crocheting!
Thank you so much for this tutorial, you are a very good teacher! I am 22 years and pregnant with my first child, your videos have brought me so much happiness and turned my love of crochet into an easy and very enjoyable hobby while awaiting the arrival of my little one 💙
Thank you, glad to hear you enjoyed the video! Exciting to have your first child 😊 Hope you will crochet many things for the coming baby. All the best 😊
As always, your video is fantastic!. I was having problems following a TH-cam tutorial where I couldn't figure out how to proceed with the next row after a row with a few bobbles so after a few trials and errors I thought well, let's go see TuulaMaaria. Of course you have a great tutorial on bobbles AND the next row! Your instructions are really easy to follow. You are a great teacher! Thanks again for sharing your knowledge. Merci beaucoup
Wow, what a clear and concise explanation of a pattern I thought would be too difficult. Well done, Tuula. I'm going to start a baby blanket for my first grandchild. And the wedding is not til June (hopefully). Getting a good head start during lockdown. Thanks very much for the motivation.
Excellent and clear video. I tried to follow another tutorial and couldn't understand why mine wouldn't pop out as they should. It turned out that the tutorial was misleading.
Thank you for that very clear explanation. I've always messed up my stitch count in the past when doing the next row, but you've solved that problem. Why does it need to be worked on a row of single crochet? Wouldn't a double crochet row work?
Thank you all for watching 😊 Check out also the multicolor bobble stitch th-cam.com/video/yMh8V7hO2lA/w-d-xo.html !

Thanks a lot. ❤️
Thank you so much 💕
Welcome 😊
Nice
Thank you for that very clear explanation. I've always messed up my stitch count in the past when doing the next row, but you've solved that problem.
Why does it need to be worked on a row of single crochet? Wouldn't a double crochet row work?
Double crochet rows are too high, it wouldn't bulge out the same!
Excellent! Would you consider demonstrating a split half double stitch?
Yes, can add that to the list of video ideas, thank you! 🙂
Thx!
Aaahaaa vry nice
Thank you so much for showing this! But I can't pull my hook through the yarn. The loops are too tight. How can i fix that?
If you find it too hard to make the stitches looser, you could take a larger hook, hope that works.
The thing about this stitch is that it distorts the project so much
I haven't noticed that it would distort. In what way?
@bubble_stitch_
Not sure what a bubble stitch would look like, this is bobble!
