Yes! She always appears with this sense of dignity, serenity and kindness. So true that in most of her other movies, she very often plays characters with some of these qualities, proving that the directors or the people who choses the actors, can feel these qualities from within Barbara, in my opinion. Wonderful!
She looked great. I watched this program back in the early 60s. I think it was on late at night, like 11pm on channel 9 in New York. It didn't last very long. Although I had seen Hans Conreid on other tv shows, I never really knew his name until I watched him host this program.
Hans Conried...a classic voice over actor as well, most notably the voice of Captain Hook in Disney's Peter Pan: "SMEEEEEE!" (He actually was a a Disney constant), and Snidely Whiplash....along with Mel Blanc, and June Foray, a major "voice" that the boomer generation grew up with" As well as others we grew up with:Conreid,Blanc,Foray, Janet Waldo, Daws Butler, Sheldon Leonard, Paul Frees, Sterling Holloway, Frank Nelson, and Stan Freberg, and Jim Backus.
It was funny Andy Griffith said "he didn't know of anyone God has spent so much time on" meaning she was very beautiful, the prettiest that's ever been on the show, except for Susan Oliver on "The Prisoner" episode was absolutely stunning too.
1. This is a great short 2 Almost everyone (guys at least) had a crush on Barbara Eden in the day, and everyone wished she was there personal genie, 'cause if so, things would have worked out differently than with Larry Hagman. 3 She does look great for a woman her age.
"Hans Conreid and Dr Brown(back to the future) seperated at birth? " You really do have to wonder. In 1991 I saw a TV promo for SAT AM and one was for "Back to the Future" animated, and Dan Castelletta aka Mr.HOMER SIMPSON was doing Chris Lloy'd Doc Brown a la Hans Conried! YET On TV- no one even noticed.
Hans Conreid may have also bene the voice of Bob Clampett's co-creation Willie the Wolf on beany before creator and puppeteer Walker Edmiston took over, but I could be wrong,AKA Wrongway Feldman on Gilligan. "FREEWAY!"
Note to decemberschild1217: Uh, nope.. Hans Conried played Uncle Waldo in Jay Ward's "Hoppity Hooper" It was Jackson Beck who was King Leonardo in Total TV's "The King And Odie"
- Seen her stunning beauty 👀 1st time on the Andy Griffith Show. > We had one in highschool like her. Home Queen Atendant 3 years straight, topped with 4th year Home Comming Queen. - Getting withing talking range of her in crowded school hallways between classes, accidently bumping into her, would set a guy on fire, & scramble his brain with a sudden need to back-a-way for relief. - And heaven help you if in passing, never alone, hugging her books, always chatting to her girlfriends, she would happen to glance at you out of the whole passing crowed, with mild interest. 💥 It would put you into immediate cardiac arrest! > Its called; *Lethal Beauty* ! - And if you've never gazed at it, live. Close up. One on one.,,, with eye to eye contact. Your lucky!
I In the 7th grade there was a girl in junior high school that was so well developed that we thought she was a teacher, but she was a student of our age. Neve knew that some females could develop so fast. I wonder about what it was like for Little Brian Stelter of CNN News when he was in high school.
@@luislaplume8261 Absolutely, I had a friend who's 12 year old daughter went to bars uncarded cause she could easily pass for 25. - She would be mistaken as being his wife on several occasions. - The down side was that she had no friends because even highschoolers looked like kids next to her.

I absolutely agree with you!
Oh she was so damn beautiful! Even in black & white...
I 'd quit all for this blonde. Long live Barbara Eden, most amazing woman of history.
I say the same! She is fantastic!
She still has the nice eyes and nice smile!
Lovely, and with a sense of poise and dignity.

Love it!!!! Barbara Eden is beautiful!!
I fell in love with her when I was 5 years old. Still thinking she's one of the most beautiful women ever. Just...stunning!!!!
Most beautiful woman on Television!

"Go out on the town before the bum comes home!" You go girl!
Ohhh...what a woman!! Even as a very small child I understood that she was particularly beautiful.
Damn, I have always loved her.
She kept her appearance intact longer than anybody this side of June Lockhart.
Joan Collins also did well in that department, except for the huge gut that she somehow eventually grew.
Okay, she was probably following a script for her answers, but it was still pretty funny!
I loved Fractured Flickers!
Channel 9 also had the Joe Franklin Show every night around 1.00 AM.
This was a great show..
She's gorgous!
You see, this image of your beauty it's mind boggling of the senses.
It was funny Andy Griffith said "he didn't know of anyone God has spent so much time on" meaning she was very beautiful, the prettiest that's ever been on the show, except for Susan Oliver on "The Prisoner" episode was absolutely stunning too.
Wow, I loved it. Greetings from Brazil.
Very Beautiful!!
Perfect!! Cute!!
This was first seen in February 1964...
TV’s I Dream of Jeannie.

My first crush, way way back around 1965-6 or so. Amazingly enough, she's nearly as hot today at the age of 76 as she was in her 30's!
She needs to have a Master.
Gotta love that! The 60's equivalent of telling the Jonas Brothers to F*&k off! LOL

Hans starred in the surreal 5000 Fingers of Dr T. Scared the hell out of me as a kid

She didn't appear with Hans Conried again until they were featured in the 1967 TV adaptation of "Kismet"...
This is the reason that I know that God is a man, a woman wouldn't make someone as beautiful!.
That's a new way of putting it "a decorative addition".
@Peshkatari Yes I had a crush on her too. I must admit that it was back now in 2007 =S
Hans Conreid and Dr Brown(back to the future) seperated at birth?
That's that guy from Lucy!

The Renee Zeilweger of yesteryears.
