It was a scene in The Woman Hunter (1972). KC is an overdub that I think matches with her dance moves perfectly. Certainly better than the music in the movie. Also kind of reministic of Sammy Jo in Dynasty...

I feel the movie that this clip came from existed only, so Barbara Eden could dance. The rest of the movie was terrible. Thank goodness for Barbaras wiggle.

Jeannie kidnaps Darren and takes him back to the 1880s so Bewitched, her direct competition, will be cancelled. This plot was foiled when the network recast the Darren role.

It was funny Andy Griffith said "he didn't know of anyone God has spent so much time on" meaning she was very beautiful, the prettiest that's ever been on the show, except for Susan Oliver on "The Prisoner" episode was absolutely stunning too.

Aside from how spectacular the performance was (my mother, 95, told me she saw the Broadway production in '53), the lyrics are ingenious, drawing upon so many historical and Biblical references, the heyday of the Ottoman Bagdad of this story line being so much different than that of Iraqi Bagdad. One reference they apparently missed the opportunity to seize upon: instead of "Due south of the Garden of Eden" it would have more poignant to have said, "Due East of the Garden of Eden" since after Cain slew Abel, "he went to live [nefariously] in the land 'east of Eden.' "
