    The value of the 1755 just increased via your efforts. Your parts tractor(s) are proving their worth.

      Agree. There’s so many more things I would’ve used this for if the PTO had been working.

    It's interesting how a person can be so excited about getting something done and improving their life. I was very happy for you. You've been talking about fixing the pto for a while. Glad you were able to find the time. Take care and I'll see you later.

    Ross, I believe Chris Losey has a video on the "power beyond" but, I'm sure you're already aware of that. Congrats on getting that PTO fixed. Great video as always, cheers :)

    The PTO never worked right on my 1750 when I first got it. I never could break the plug loose to adjust the clutch on it so I put it off for several years. I finally was determined to fix it and it wasn't much adjusting needed after I got in there. I realized how long I was doing without over really nothing

    I normally like to use the fittings for hydraulics vs a regular pipe fitting but on our trucks some guys use a regular pipe fitting just before the couplers so that if some dummy forgets to unhook the hydraulic hoses when they unhook the trailer, it just breaks those fittings instead of all kinds of other sadness. Those symptoms are 2500 to 3000 psi and I don't know of anyone blowing them out.

    Galvanized elbow? What’s wrong with that?

    • @rosstheoliverman
      @rosstheoliverman  7 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      People get sensitive when you use galvanized pipe on hydraulic applications. Yes, I know it’s possible for it to bust but still, that’s got to be a rare occurrence.
