In Safari you don’t have to copy the URL, then open messages, and subsequently paste. Just hit the square with up arrow right below the URL (Share) and you can send it via message directly from there (along with several other things). I’d forgotten about the Reader View so thanks for the reminder 👍🏻👍🏻

@@Carol-mh9ok It’s not always available on all websites It should be visible as aA on the left side of the search bar when you have picked a website. If it is greyed out, I think that that means not available on that website
@@RichBowlin I really don’t want to bother you but do you happen to have something about having all of your files in one place were you can edited them if need be. Thank you for your help
Everyone seems to like the spacebar tip to edit text. Another similar feature is to push down and hold on the text you want to edit and a zoom bubble comes up and you can drag the cursor wherever you’d like. I use this all the time since I find it easier to select where I want the cursor to be. Keep up the great videos, they’re always very informative. Thank you for sharing them with us.
Hi Rich! Very helpful video! I, like you knew most of these tips, but don’t use them. It’s easy to forget. I didn’t know you could get rid of the ads in Safari. That is a cool feature! Thanks for that application. I use the spacebar to move the curser all the time. Once you start using it, you can’t not use it. I shared these tips with my husband. He knew about the weather application and the spacebar, but everything else was new to him. Thanks as always for your research and putting out great content. You’re always in the know. Thanks for taking the time to share all with us. Happiness, Teresa
Thanks so much. The spacebar thing I knew about but just always forgot. After I made this video, I'll never go back. Thanks so much for watching! Hope you're doing ok.
I love your Rich videos and I mirror the way you organize your iPhone. Clean, minimalist and very organized. Congratulations on the channel, from Brazil.
OMG you blew my mind with moving the cursor by holding the spacebar! I’m not a newbie, in fact I have a degree in IT and I had no clue that existed!! I will use it constantly!!
Amazing! I am consistently awed by the things you bring out that I didn’t know. The flashlight tip, the tapping and holding the space bar to move the curser, the triple tap to select the whole body to copy, are a few that will be very useful for me. Thanks so much for bringing these little tips to our attention, Rich! So helpful!
Hi Alicia! Good to hear form you. The one I won't forget is the spacebar thing. For years I tried to tap between two words and could never get it right. Hope you're doing well!
Thanks Rich, I enjoy your channel. When using the space bar tip, you can move your finger around on the entire keyboard. The Photos tip about tapping at the top also works in Safari to go to the top of the webpage that you’re viewing, I’ve also found it to work with some apps. (I’m tapping just below the notch on my iPhone 12)
Yes. Tapping the top and bottom works in other places too. Should've mentioned that. I hope others see your comment. Thanks for the kind words about the channel.
Hi Rich. Your videos are great. I rediscovered a couple of things I’d forgotten. Just a little bit of feedback which was sparked by the cursor moving tip. You say to tap the space bar when in fact you need to hold your finger on it. Tap to me is touch and release which is what you use numerous times in iOS. I just thought some of your viewers might benefit from the explanation.
Thanks for adding clarity. "Tap and hold" is what I should have said. Fortunately, from the comments at least, it doesn't seem to be an issue. But I hope folks see your comment. Thanks again!
Thank you! Invaluable if I can simply remember removing the (annoying!) adverts and placing the cursor. Just those two tips alone are a great help to saving my sanity! 🤗 As ever …… greatly appreciated.
@@RichBowlin I for one am so glad you decided to make the video and I can see many others also greatly appreciate your tips too! Keep ‘em coming! 😉🤗 ………. lol Thank you! 🥂
Regarding the flashlight …. For Harry Potter fans …. if you have listen for Siri enabled, just say “Siri loomis “, she will respond with “it’s on now” and your flashlight is on. When done, say “Siri nox” and she will say “it’s off now” and your flashlight goes off.
I'm afraid not. At least not any way that I know of. I think you can use a standard rubber stylus you might find at Staples. You could take your phone there and give a try before you buy. Hope this helps.

Rich, Your first Tip is Misleading. You described being on Safari, but you were actually on GOOGLE! Totally different Apps that are owned by different companies. Safari is Apple & Not Google😢
the only tip one needs concerning iphones is this: do not buy one. Ever. Just say no to overpriced tech that is 4 years behind cheaper and easier to use android models. Really, it is so obvious that even Biden must know.
