I just filled my gas tank here in April 30, 2024 for premium gas. I am currently paying $4.65 and that's at Costco with a membership notice you want to buy a steak here it's May 1. You can get one on sale for 799 a pound living here is very difficult. Everything has since doubled or tripled in the last year or soand a lot of people are leaving. I don't understand why this is happening.

Hi Ryan love your videos! Could you make one on calculating property taxes? From what I can see it doesn't seem like its just sale price x % = tax due. Thanks!

I'm not really sure and it seems to be the consensus of other agents that it's pretty difficult to calculate due to different taxing districts and different exemptions each personal homeowner will have. Here's more info. Best thing to do is look at a similar property for a new build or look at the previous years tax bill.

There's no value whatsoever in moving to Phoenix area anymore.

@HighCrimeMisdemeanors Still better than alot better than California and the rest of these craphole cities and states originally from Chicago south side used to live in Phoenix and currently live in Seattle and hate it plan on moving back to Arizona too me quality of life is better in Arizona despite the increase in cost if I'm going to pay a little to live someplace may as well do it somewhere you like than living in a cheap craphole city or state with low cost of living and a stagnant economy with high unemployment limited job opportunities.

@@ralphjohnson3202 All true. I used to live in the suburbs of chicago and let me tell you, our village (Brookfield) has grown 0 since I was 10 years old. They just keep paying politicians 100's of thousands of dollars to work part-time and do nothing but road construction. They just spent $800k on a stupid roundabout dedicated to veterans they could have put toward something else. I'm happy to support and patronize veterans, but this was unnecessary as there was already a monument in place. Someone already ran into it, probably drunk, and destroyed one side of it. Dumb decisions = 0 growth.
