Hey thanks for this tutorial! But why are the Parameter Behaviors labelled as Audio e.g.NEGATE Audio Parameter? Some of them don't seem to have anything to do with audio? Have I missed something?
Just what I was looking for as I'm jumping into the deep end of Motion. I have 17 Photoshop files in an artists drawing sequence. I'm going to be animating many of the layers in each panel and then stringing the 17 images together. Very little Motion experience before this. Thanks for putting in your Patreon promotion. Now I know better what you are offering. Definitely under consideration.
The oscillate parameter behaviour is my favourite thing about motion because the “speed” control is actually BPM! This is HUGE if you are making visuals to music and you know the BPM of the track. I don’t use after effects so don’t know if that allows you to enter BPM but I do know that Fusion doesn’t, which absolutely blows my mind as it’s an invaluable tool for me
There is a way to do it in Fusion but it involves some serious math and is extremely difficult to implement in a useful way (Simon Ubsdell has a tutorial which explains the expression you need to do something even remotely comparable to this in Fusion if anyone is interested, it is quite interesting)
thank you so much i got an internship at a consulting firm and im their media creator and i want to learn how to do this stuff so i can make cool things for them and you're an awesome help and i loved your voice too
@@TheFinalCutBro no I’m 16 and it’s run by a hedge fund manager and I’m into finance and she will also get me into Cornell so it’s more of a chance to prove myself to her
Your videos are awesome! I am learning so much from you and you are really helping me out man! (I just wanna let you know I think of the last few chapter titles in this video are not quite right because they all say audio, maybe I'm wrong)
Hey Dylan, I love your tutorials of Motion. One question I have: I import Audio in Motion, and I can hear it in Motion. But if I use the Project in FinalCut it cannot be heared. Do you have any solution for that? I tried this for Generator-Projects and Textgenerator, but it does not work with audio!
You are changing the game on Apple Motion tutorials, there aren't a lot of these out there. Keep it up!!
Thank you for this incredible compliment! Let's keep after it! 👊
Nice..why every parameter says audio?

Appreciate that so much! Thank you! Always happy to see you in the comments 👊
9:11 how did you cut that line off?? I completely am having brain fog and can't remember how that's done...and no, cmd+B doesn't do it!
Finally! This is a brilliant idea for a video. ON DECK: do this for audio filters in FCPX.
Wow that's brilliant I'm new in apple motion. thank you so much.
