- Join us as we delve into Zambia's innovative approach to tackling the shortage of qualified healthcare professionals through decentralized vocational clinical education hubs. Zambia has identified ten tertiary hospitals across its ten provinces to serve as teaching and learning centers, fostering rapid skills acquisition and practical training.
Recognized as a trusted partner by the Zambian Ministries of Health and Education, SolidarMed is leading the effort to establish clinical education hubs attached to selected hospitals across the country. The Advancing Vocational Clinical Education in Zambia (ACEZ) program aims to strengthen the National Health Education System sustainably. In the first phase, three regional Vocational Centers of Excellence (VCE) will be developed, each attached directly to a large regional hospital.
These centers will provide high-quality teaching and learning facilities, including skills labs, simulation stations, digital tools and content, seminar and lecture spaces, research areas, and administration offices. Once operational, the three VCEs will support the training of up to 1,200 clinical rotation students annually.
Join us as we explore the Advancing Vocational Clinical Education in Zambia program, aimed at revolutionizing healthcare training and empowering the next generation of healthcare professionals.
