    Be careful with dermapens/dermarollers. Tho it has some evidence of regrowing some hair ir can also cause scalp fibrosys if done wrong and you may end up losin even more hair. Scalp massage with just tips of your fingers is way safer option. Just move your skin around the scalp to increase bloodflow. Hairloss is very complex thing depending on many factors. Even if its genetics try to create good environment for growth. Hair follicle mostly consists of protein, so make sure you consume enough of it. Include supplements that contain zinc, vitamin B,C, D. Some physical activities can also help, as it stabilizes bloodfliw over the body. Manifestation tho doesnt have any scienfific evidence it sets you for more positive thinking. Better to compliment your hair and be grateful for what you have than stressing out about it, increase cortizol levels and lose even more hair😂 all of these wont guarantee a desirable result but if you set your mind to create healthy environment for your hair it will be willing to sray longer on top of your head. I dont know how old are you but i d say your hair situation is not bad. After age 35-40 DHT lvl reduces and hairloss slows down usually. My hair situation is similar to yours, maybe a bit more recessed. So my plan is to keep as many hair as i can and get a hair transplant for my receded by mid late 30s

    It is indeed stressful to lose hair..I've had massive hair loss myself since 16, what I have left now, most guys would honestly just shave their heads bald. But I use finasteride and stay strong, gonna have a hair transplant finally this year. You still have most of your hair, so do what you can to retain it. Stay strong brother

      First and foremost, thank you for your comment brother.
      And yes, it is really stressfull. I never knew or noticed how much it is until this past year to be honest...
      It is also really really strange. Many men these days have bald spots and so on. I never noticed that. Is it just me or are men in general having less hair and hair overall? You get me? Really strange hmmmm 🤨🤔

      @@Ako_Unveils With Hair Loss it can be a variety of factors, also stress itself does not help. I'm already 29 but I've already had years of trying to do what I can to stop further hair loss, but the damage has been done already, if you know the Norwood Scale, I'm already on Norwood Scale VI (6), which is really bad. Used Minoxidil before, didn't help much but if you intend to use it, you have to continue using it even with shock loss of hair. My only regret is not taking finasteride sooner, as if I did I would have retained more hair. On a positive note, it does build character and make you stronger as a person, people can say what they want but only those who have experienced hair loss knows how difficult it is.

      The last part. That is true indeed. Only those that experienced hardships in life can grow as humans.
      As funny as it sounds, hair loss also is one factor of that.
      Well i guess i also started way too late.
      I am also 29 . In 4 months 30.
      I know now that i will begin with all of this way sooner for my children. That i know.

    • @Ako_Unveils
      @Ako_Unveils  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Was or is the hair loss genetically for you in your family or is it because of something else?

    • @JoPhobic
      @JoPhobic 8 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@Ako_Unveils Sadly I'm pretty sure it is genetic, because my dad is bald. Difference between me and my dad, he only started balding in his 30s, I started way sooner when I was in secondary/high school. It started at the temples first, slowly but as the years passed, it receded progressively. Then it started at the crown too. The ironic thing is I am actually a hairy guy lol so that will probably help with my hair transplant, also my beard is thick xD

    I too stopped the Dermapen as I actually lost hair from the shock loss. I never did more then 1.5 mm as the youtube influencers recommended. I'm doing the Derma stamp too because it's just safer and more controllable. No more then once every two weeks though.

    • @Ako_Unveils
      @Ako_Unveils  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I do the derma stamp every 2 days to be honest. Maybe thats also too aggressive... i dont know man :/.
      I guess we just need to try it out with time. That's the problem :( . But right now i have the feeling that the derma stamp is way better. Im feeling way more confident in that.

    • @ToThinkT
      @ToThinkT 8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@Ako_UnveilsI really think, doing derma stamp every 2 days is not good. The idea of microneedling is so that the body would heal the micro wounds that we made. And the healing would force blood flow to scalp and the building of collagen. If you do it every 2 days, you scalp would not have time to heal, and it may even destroy the follicles. Be very careful. And regarding DHT as the reason why you use pumpkin seed, perhaps you could drink Finasteride instead. Just 1mg a day should be enough, some even once every 2 days.
      Also if you want saver option, drink supplements for hair that contain saw palmetto, pumpkin seed, zinc, iron, etc.
      Keep us updated with your journey. Good luck, mate!

    You need to massage your scalp. It is efficient. I massage every day, morning and evening for about ten minutes. This helps and gets the blood circulating. But this also requires time, at least 3 to 12 months. Massage instructions can be found online. And Perfect Hair from you tube

      Brother. I know you mean good. Real talk i know that. But i can never. If it is the last solution ever, then yes. I will go bald. But before that i can and never will do that. It just is not an option. It would hurt me too much to see myself bald. It is like a fight. And seeing me not having any hair is like admitting i list ghe fight. I lost the battle.

      I am completely honest.
      Normally i would do that. I really would do that.
      The problem is i don't know if i am ready to take the risks. I don't know if i am ready to take the risks for the rest of my life .
      Do you have any experienced with that?

    • @risenphoenix4893
      @risenphoenix4893 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@Ako_Unveils Yes I completely understand where you are coming from. For me it was clear either try the things that have been proven to work and understand it may fail or just accept my fate. Theese are your two choices or a hair system which will also be for life. My advice do what I do and find a middle ground somewhere where you can be on fin and min and find a dose under doc supervision that makes you feel the least amount of sides with the benefits. For me that is 0.25 mg of oral fin 3 times a week then topical fin and min compounded by a pharm all the other days. I've been on this for 3 years and played with every combination.
