Nice content, and I think that TJ is very clean and capable one. I have a JK myself, but I wonder why didn't you go with a TJ to JK setup instead? Just curious, I've seen some guys do it. My guess is you wanted to stay with your current steering components and trackbar and not have to buy new ones?
Less than 1” without running into track bar clearance issues. With a modified track bar bracket and aftermarket track bar you can get 1-2” before running into steering issues
I always heat cycle the gears 3 or 4 times to let them harden, then change the fluid before wheeling. Just 20 or 30 minutes of driving and then let them cool.
Mainly commenting for the algorithm, but also your TJ is just so well set up, Dude. One of my favorites on youtube
Appreciate the comment and the kind words!
Thanks for sharing!
Ethan, as always you do a great job with the video content & I love the new upgrade. Your TJ looks very clean as always. Great job!!!!

Great video 🤙🏻
Does your tie rod hit your diff cover at full lock?
Question for you, how far forward can you push your axle from its stock location?

@@_everydayoffroad_ that's exactly what I was looking for. Thanks!
awesomeness, do those axles require a break in period for the gears?

Did you go with stock width axles from Fusion?
Yessir
Why take the axles out of the d30? What did I miss? Why not leave it complete minus the brakes?
Knuckles swapped to the new axle
175 torqued? My jkur is less than that.
Have you sold your Dana 30 yet?
No
What do you have to get for it as it was set up on your jeep (Rcv’s, 4.88, Eaton E locker, etc…?
