Thanks for another great episode. I don’t think I ever thanked you for your Christmas vlogs. I watch a lot of podcasts on the TV, then don’t remember to comment.
Dear Ally, It was so nice to spend this time in your company. I've been watching and spinning some polwarth/silk fibre which is divine. It was very soothing to listen to your voice and having this buttery soft fibre in my fingers. I'm very grateful to the editing Ally for taking the time out of her precious knitting time to produce such lovely videos for us to enjoy! I hope you find the time and energy to do it every month. I haven't recorded in over 3 months and I miss it a lot! Hopefully tomorrow I can do it, now that my kids are back at school and kindy I have more free time. Your Radvent cardi looks fantastic! I'm looking forward to seeing you wear it. Hope you have a wonderful day, Greetings from Aotearoa, New Zealand, Marina
@@FibreBound thank you! I did record! i even did 2 episodes in one day - now I'm just busy editing them! In the meantime I've got a wee vlog out but this week I hope to publish a proper podcast :)
Hi Aleksandra. It is so nice to have this time to sit and knit with you. I’m obsessed with your striped cardigan. Those colors are made for that pattern! I’m currently reading Iron Flame for the second time and will likely read both books a few more times again before the next one comes out. It’s such a great series and am anxious for the entire series to be released. Thanks for taking the time away from your knitting (believe me, I get it, lol) to make another podcast. ❤
Thank you for keeping me company for an italian bind off. Wonderful and inspiring episode as always. Your sock pattern is beautiful! Looking forward to your next episode. Take care!
Another lovely surprise! So happy to see you and Lucy back to podcasting 🥰. Loving all the knits as always Ally. I also purchased one of those containers from Kmart to put my socks in and it is living under my bed 😊 I’m really interested to see how your Radvent turns out ❤
Thank you so much for the shout out! Don’t let formatting prevent you from sending me the pattern. I can look at all the maths first and then do the text formatting on the second round of edits! Also, I’m planning to do a Sweet Shop blanket as an advent project this year. I’m totally obsessed with it as well, but want to get yarn when I’m at the Sheep and Wool show this year. I’m happy to do an advent Sweet Shop MAL if you like?❤
Hi Ally, thanks so much for updating us on your beautiful projects and congratulations on writing your first pattern 🤩glad to hear Gayann will be tech editing it for you and to see my bag is still in action despite the Xmas holiday being over now! thanks for mentioning me. Speak to you soon. have a great day Dany xx
Love your yodates, thank you. I also used the same Bendigo yarn on my husband's jumper and it stretched so much compared to the larger than normal swatch I did.
Thanks, Ally. The book is in my to be read pile. I am working on knitting little pixies and fairies in flower petals and leaves. I am getting ready to start a book called Lessons in Chemistry by Bonnie Garmus. Love your projects you are working on. And that chicken fabric is really cute!!!
Working on my Last Frost top while I’m watching 😊. Determined to get it finished to wear to Fibrefest. Love your Radvent cardigan and your test knit. Pot holders are interesting but no time for those atm. Definitely in the future though and a great gift idea 😊🥰
Love watching your knitting podcasts! Everything you put on your needles is so beautiful! I was curious if you watch the podcast Mostly Knitting? She is an amazing knitter located in Sydney! Such an inspiration and great tutorials, which I really appreciate! Happy the chickens are doing well! Looking forward to catching up with all your podcasts very soon! Thanks so much! I love your bag so much, even if is way past Christmas season!
I have looked at those chicken bags on Etsy! 🙂 Love Chickens! 🐔
They’re so great aren’t they! Chickens are the best! 🐓
The potpourri colour from sugar ‘n’ cream is one of my favourite for dish cloths.
It's such a good one, I see more in my future!
Woolwarehouse the website has a huge amount of their range. It is dangerous lol
I love that website and avoid it at the same time #yarnhoarderproblems 😂
It’s far too hot in Melbourne today for knitting so I’m getting my knitting fix from your podcast.
We’re set for 34° today and 37 tomorrow 🥵 thank goodness for air conditioning!
Love your yodates, thank you. I also used the same Bendigo yarn on my husband's jumper and it stretched so much compared to the larger than normal swatch I did.
Isn’t that strange! I’m a bit worried about it growing but am too far into it now to restart!
