    I use Fastned here in Holland for fast charging and they have plug & charge you only need the app on Youre Phone and it works with a lot of cars and brands .

    When cell phone first came out you had to have an account with every network to be able to travel. They all quickly realized that would never work. Charging networks are going through the EXACT same issue. They will eventually have to have a "roaming" feature just like phone networks, that's the only way we can get to plug-n-charge. It doesn't work if you can only use one brand of charge station.

      There is roaming already done via OCPI protocol, not all charge point operators participate (have roaming agreements)

    Thank you for all your videos. I have a question: When you recharge with the plug & charge in Denmark, on what rate will you pay ? Ty one in Denmark or your German We Charge subscription.

      No. Right now you need a payment in your We connect id app.

  • @cos_marc
    @cos_marc 2 วันที่ผ่านมา

    The only problem with this is that it goes through VW contract... so you pay much more for Ionity compared to a Ionity subscription or even without... It's about 0.80/kwh when the standard fee is 0.59. I really hope EU will jump on these things and open the plug and charge to whatever network you want without extra fees. When you put gas, VW doesn't take 10 cents more per liter to put gas in a "non-agreed" gas station.
