4:30 AM = Cold Shower, brush teeth, coffee
5:00 AM - 8:00 AM = Eat the frog
8:00 AM - 9:00 AM = First meal (carnivore: steak, eggs, NO CARBS), shallow work while eating / digesting
9:00 AM - 9:45 AM = Workout (Adonis Protocol)
10:00 AM = 2nd meal (Big meal, meat + eggs, 1000kcal < ) Learning while eating (long unedited, podcasts, actual knowledge, courses, not clickbait)
Whenever done with meal - 1:00 PM = Eat the frog (recording videos, course, going on to calls), check messages, random tasks that come up
1:00 PM - 5:00 PM = Read (water, food, tea, bathroom whenever in between)
5:00 PM - 6:00 PM = Live calls for Adonis School
6:00 PM = Night Time Routine
- Shut everything off
- Plan each hour of what to do the next day
- Brush teeth
- Close curtains
- White noise air filter machine
- Tape mouth, ear plugs
- Read kindle until asleep
