In Brazil we kinda have those traditional snacks as well. Theirs names in portuguese are: Granadilla = Maracujá doce Bocadillo = Goiabada Gelatina de Pata = Maria Mole (Cocosette is missing here. I HAVE TO TRY THOSE) Maduros = Chips de banana da terra (wonderful)
Que pasó con las achiras?! Mis favoritas! Chocoramos too. I’m glad there are a few stores in L.A. that sell Colombian products. Tal vez un episodio sobre la comida de onces o el ajiaco?
Nice! I still want granadilla. Mmmm and some jumbo jet. I think people might appreciate a video of the grocery stores or markets since they are so different, especially the produce.
We always have Granadillas in my local exotic fruit section and I live in a small town in Germany. I don't know why we have it, I've never seen it ANYWHERE else in Germany. It's my favourite fruit too btw. Edit: At first, I understood "heroin" instead of "heaven" at 4:14...What's wrong with me? 😂
I was a foreign exchange student in Bogota many years ago and fell in love with arequipe. I had it everyday with pan and delicious Colombian coffee...
Hmmm I forgot to review arequipe!!!! How could I?
Let me know which snacks I forgot
Los corozos y dulce de coco.

Isn't the gelatina de pata more of like marshmallow than jello?? Mmmmm granadilla 😍
Hahahaha.... But gelatina is jello.. marshmello is no good
Gelatina de pata is covered in corn starch not flour.
Thanks. I didn't know!!!
En México también hay granadillas y me encantan pero les decimos granadas chinas. No se porque 🤷
The gelatina de pata looks like Turkish delight? If you’ve had that before, are they the same?
No Turkish delight is vegan it's thickened with pectin and not bone marrow.
Thanks for clarifying. I haven't tried that but i will!!!!! Delight sounds delightful
@@ConvoSpeak Turkish delight is delicious I would say it is better than gelatina but gelatina de pata is very nostalgic for me.
@@rasapplepipe what about taste wise? And why the emphasis on “vegan”? I thought the only ones who care about this are in the US 😋
El cocosete es de Venezuela
Ce rico 😋
Jummm
Muy rico!
