    Was your pt painful ?

Parts of it certainly were. Some of the early leg lifts with the ankle weights were tough, because one of the most painful early tasks was maintaining knee extension as I flexed my hip. Beyond that, the most uncomfortable/painful part that sticks out in my mind was probably the leg press exercise I was doing with a blood flow restriction cuff on my surgical quad. That made my leg feel like it was going to explode at times, and the pressure in my knee was not fun to endure at all. I was not a fan.
None of it was unbearable, though, and there was plenty of it that (to me at least) fell into the realm of "hurts pretty good," as I knew that I needed to do the work to improve.
Happy to talk more about the pain levels and how things have changed since then.

Nice video, when were you able to fully bend your knee? I’m currently 5 weeks post op and can only reach around 120 degrees or so

      Thanks!
It took me a very long time. I still have a little pain when I kneel or otherwise "overpressure" the knee into full availabile flexion, and I'm over a year post-surgery. I probably regained the majority of flexion by about 3-4 months.
