Is Nikola a scam company? Will the Badger be a total fail? Nolan does a deep dive on allegations of fraud, scandalous lawsuits, and all the controversy surrounding the deal.

They are so insanely confident that they make it seem unbelievable that they would fail, eventhough it was clear they fail.
I called BS as soon as I saw their ad-and name, before anything else! I mean, what serious company would pull such a move?
bro your pp looks like a german flag, if thats intentional thats pretty cool.
@@yunusalih It is, it's meant to be subtle, but in the right context can be understood as a German flag. I love both things, tranquility and Germany, so this ties to desires of mine together.
Thanks man.
I would argue your point that they are late to the EV game. GM has been trying it since the 1990s and have failed time and time again. It is not effort they are missing out is skill.
The fact that large companies just get bailed out when they fail pisses me off. Not only do they not have to run a business properly, but the people at the top of the company actually still profit during the bankruptcy. Smh.
Day 33 of asking Nolan to make donuts for the crew
Hell yeah
This
" How did you become a billionaire?"
Trevor Milton:
"I just kept lying and it kept working!"
(allegedly)
Also, $2,000,000,000 consideration for 11% ownership means that the implied market cap was ~18 billion and a 33% increase means that it was around 24 billion before the house of cards collapsed.
Ikr, if they don't go to jail he's a smart man who made billion just being a liar.
Fake it till ya make it bro
@@aarayskirata3420 And then face going to jail.
That seems to be the way to do it.
@@TheBoxingNinja nah, he can afford a good lawyer.
“ How did such a shady company get anyone to trust them “ ? GM is the perfect partner for that ….
How is GM shady ?
GM also likes to ignore you when their battery fails after 2-3 years, costing you atleast $30,000 to replace vis parts and labor.
Yeeeeeah.... not a good business model
