- 65bhp 30 year old honda showing some modern bikes how it's done!
You may notice I nearly drop the bike at the end, the bars got stuck on my front fairing stay!

impressive ability to keep the bike in its perfect power band. Obviously skilled rider.
Well, he's some times down to 6000 rmp and that´s far from this bikes power band.
Talent will always beat horsepower.I would have the NC30.👍
Like a 2 stroke 125 keep it in power band it is damn fast and can scare bikes much larger in displacemt
It’s a track day and looked like a lot of older 600s.
Didnt say it was a race.. literally on the tail of a 200bhp superbike for half the vid, i know that cos its also my bike 🤣
Probably the mid group ,not everyone is quick or experienced you don't have to be
Hi Buddy. I am now the proud owner of a cbr600f. Checked out Classic Track Days. Probably be next year when I get out on a track for th first time. Bike been sitting for awhile, so got a few routine jobs to do. If you happen to to an old git , shitting himself and wobbling round a track, I would give him (me) a very wide berth! Cheers Bud.
What tyres do you use on track.
On this video, dunlop sportsmart TT 120 front 160 rear.
Guys fly by him only.on straight where their hp wins but every where else he is doing the passing. If straights are not ling even their hp is not enough to reel him in, only.on ling straights.if then
Is the NC30 a good choice for a track day bike? I am looking to purchase my first track day bike. I have never been a track. Looking for a sweet handling bike but not scary fast! (I am 63, had my bike license since 1983. On a track is one of the bucket list! Cheers
They are great track bikes but only if you have deep pockets as parts are hard to come by and very expensive, maintenance is also key on these. For your first track bike I would recommend either a SV650 or a cbr600 (the F4i is what I would have), both fairly lightweight, cheap to run, reliable & with manageable power.
@@sam.nc30 Sam, Why get the F4 CBR model?
@@cullercoatstunneloflove4307 I have had one as a trackbike, fast, reliable & fairly cheap. Very forgiving too. You don't see many about which is nice and if you want to upgrade it then there's not much required to make it faster. I'd like to build one for myself to give the NC a break occasionally.
@@sam.nc30 Sam, thank you for your advice. A CBR600 F4 it is then. If you ever come across an old fella wobbling around riding a CBR F4 on a track day come and say hello. Cheers buddy!
@@cullercoatstunneloflove4307 let me know how you get on! I assume you are based in the UK, if so, check out classic bike trackdays for a more relaxed environment.
