Neglemakeriet - Cover Color Gel

How long do you cuve it for? I did the 3 mins recommendation on the bottle, but it still won't cure. Do I have to add any other stuff to the gel?

Dear Ying Su, the recommended curing time is 45 seconds in a 48w UV LED lamp. This is a three step gel, meaning it must have a base coat and a top coat to cure properly. You can find these products in our online store here neglemakeriet.no/butikk/gele/fengshangmei-cover-color-gel

@@neglemakeriet_no I did that, but it just won't cure at all. I even did 6 mins, but it still running liquid

@@yingsu3298 Can you please send us an e-mail to [e-mail], with your order number, so I can take a look at your order and try to find out what is happening with the gel. There's no reason why it shouldn't cure properly :)

@@neglemakeriet_no thank you replying me, but I didn't buy this from your store, I brought from a local store when I visited another state, and I paid $33 for this. After I found out it couldn't cure, I started to look for a solution online. Since it is the same product, I figured to ask you if you could have known a possibility of what happened. I really appreciate you reply me though.

@@yingsu3298 No problem, we're here to help. Only possible reason for it not to cure properly, is if it's applied too thick, not with the base and top from the same product line, or if it is a lamp that is not strong enough.
