      @deannanace8935 - as a leo, i could care less if you pass or not.I don't know how officers are able to mute. I've had three different body cams and I can't do that. All I have is one button to turn on and off the camera itself and a button to tag the videos.
      Our policy is it has to be on every time we encounter the public. We get wrote up if we don't. If we didn't capture something on video thata vital because we didnt hit record, we would be fired. If we were found to have done it on purpose, we would be charged for suppression of evidence and fired.
      The problem you're going to have is the way our constitution is set up.The federal government is not supposed to make blanketed laws like that.Each state's on their own.
      The real problem is these officers in this video, along with all the others in these channels are idiots, but they don't represent all of us, contrary to popular belief.

    Removing his leg and putting it in the trunk is a blatant violation of the ADA. Also these officers must realize that they cant just grab someone with a prosthesis and spin them around. There is a greatly reduced aspect of rotational stability in that type of prosthetic with a suspension sleeve and trying to forcefully turn someone will just rip the leg right out of the socket which is exactly what we see happens. Imagineif a police officer came up to a motorcyclist and grabbed his helmet and ripped it around sideways and yanked it off! Can you imagine the outcry this would generate? This is exactly what happens to someone wearing a prosthesis! You can just rip around without either risk damaging the tissues of the residual limb and or the knee joint itself which is partially contained in the socket. Being secure in your person includes your prosthesis. This case should be taken up and brought to court by an advocacy group to highlight the injustice shown here to disabled people!

      Qualified immunity. Unless there is a court case already ruled on that SPECIFICALLY has a prosthetic leg being placed in the trunk of a car then theres nothing that can be done. If there was a similar case but it was a prosthetic arm and not leg it won't count because its not the exact ruling. Thats how qualified immunity works. The specifics need to be specific to whats been ruled on.

      There’s a city in ca called merced. A cop there was arrested for robbing a citizen. A females deputy sheriff in same county was found in bed with a convicted gang member by the probation dept. conducting a surprise visit early one morning.
      A deputy chief of police in a city called fresno was arrested by fbi for facilitation and profiting from distribution of drxxugs in his own city. Ofcourse we all know Henry Chapman 15 yr sworn officer of CMPD charlotte arrested for stealing $900 from an arrestee in his custody. And guess what- he was caught by the arrestee in handcuffs while his fellow cops stood there and did not do a thing to assist the arrestee. You probably have heard of Matthew Krueger of DFWPD. He’s known as Freddy Kreuger in the streets of Fort Worth. He is known for hurting people. His last victim was a 95lb 65 year old woman that he planted into concrete pavement head first breaking numerous facial bones and ribs and putting her in hospital in a coma. Police unions chiefs hold defacto power over police chiefs in many places. List goes on and on. It’s no wonder that people in general and specially people on lower socioeconomic side have no trust in police any more. They used run around telling us they were heroes but when cameras came along the truth came out.

    • @UNUSUALUSERNAME220
      @UNUSUALUSERNAME220 12 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา

      Because the reality is, those cameras are nothing more than a scarlet letter. They are there to present the illusion of compliance, and transparency, when in actuality they are not feared by LE. The Police Unions fought tooth & nail to prevent their people from having to wear those BWC's, anyone with half a brain in their head knows exactly why. There is also another false premise that people have not yet come to grips with, that is the "good faith" doctrine that goes along with any degree of agency, (meaning power granted to an individual or organization by the people of a community, or society in general). Any and all miscalculations can be viewed as such, because of that "good faith" fallacy. All and all those cameras were a concession that LE and their unions had to accept, because of the loss of trust in that "good faith" ideal.

This is because he was angry and not in a good mental place. This is a dangerous person. It is only a matter of time before he kills someone for no reason. Have you ever heard someone say, "I don't know what happened?" This is what happens when the brain does not compute the action. They involuntarily shoot someone without the brain inputting the information to do so, whether out of anger or complete muscle memory. This is the type of person who has no business being a police officer. He is out of control of himself.

      @CSmania1991 Yeah. That was a bit weird, to be honest. I joined the military when I was younger, not to go kill people, but to help people. You know how many kids I would walk around and play with on patrol? You know how many people I would talk to as we made our rounds? You know how many I handed toys, candy, food, clothing, you name it to? Yes, I confronted the enemy, as is my job. But, I made it a priority to ensure I treated everyone with dignity, respect, and compassion. THEY are living in a warzone. Not me. They had no choice. I did. And they didn't deserve to be treated horrendously. Their lives were already bad. But, here you are, demonizing anyone who has even a little compassion for the people around them. This is why people get the view that humanity is bad in general. The US is one of the worst places to live at this point. For sure. Due to people acting badly at every turn. So many lie, so much corruption, so much police state, and so many people out looking to cause someone else harm in any way possible. I truly don't want to be here anymore. As a visually impaired person, I remember seeing a previous video where the police took a man's white cane. If someone took that from me, I would be limited in my ability to navigate, and it would impair my mobility. Taking someone's leg, cane, or other mobility tools is absolutely unacceptable and discrimination, at the very least, if not a form of kidnapping, since, at that point, the person is being held against their will. These unlawful arrests are dumb. YOU ARE NOT JUDGE DREDD; YOU CANNOT DEMAND RANDOM CITIZENS IMMEDIATELY COMPLY AND GIVE YOU ALL THEIR STUFF AND THEIR ID. This guy was even willing to comply, but instead, this happens. I hope he files a civil rights lawsuit against them.
