Norfolk By Virtual Rail: Norwich to Cromer

A journey along the third of the branch line railways recreated on on V-Scale model layout of Norfolk, England. This journey takes us from Norwich to Cromer, along a line that survives today as "The Bittern Line".
We start at the Great Eastern's main terminus at Norwich Thorpe, then travel along part of the Norfolk Railway line to Great Yarmouth, before heading northwards along the former East Norfolk Railway - encountering the Midland & Great Northern Joint Railway and Norfolk & Suffolk Joint Railway en route.
The original terminus at Cromer High has been redeveloped as housing estate, after closing to passengers as early as September 1954. From this time all ex-GER services were diverted over the N&SJR to the M&GN terminus as Cromer High.

I've driven on this line many times. It's very interesting to see how it was. Such is the power of algorithm's. This popped up on my reccomended soon after I bought a couple of Middleton Press books on Norfolk railways. I shall look forward to your other presentations.
