This is a neat casting, very well done. It is based on a 1958 Plymouth Fury. The Fury was introduced in 1956 and was only available in a 2 door HT and only available in white with gold interior. It wasn't until 1959 that the Fury was offered in more than just a coupe and made available in all colors. In the Stephen King novel LeBay the original owner of Christine, had custom ordered the car in Autumn red with red interior. . Apparently that was the first indication that something possessed Christine because later in the novel there is mention of someone on the production line getting hurt or killed while building it. The book is worth a read and the movie is equally as good, probably even creepier. Not many of these late Fifties Plymouths survived. They were prone to rust. By the way I noticed that you managed to eliminate awesome from your vocabulary, at least on this video. I agree calling a great casting like this awesome is a bit of an exaggeration. Stephen king's novel was awesome, keep in mind that something that is awesome is not necessarily good. You can have an awesome tornado that will destroy a small town. OMG that's beautiful. I just recently found a 2014 Hot Wheels Christine at a local Wal-Mart for under $3.00. Always wanted a Christine, so I bought it. Now I feel completely gyped after seeing this. I would gladly pay $30 - $60 for this! Even though it's a 1/64, the detail and care that went into it is phenomenal! This would look awesome next to my more detailed Dale Jr cars and different camaros that I have.

Tbh I’m surprised they put in interior detail with the windows being black but a cool add. I have a 1/64 scale 58 Plymouth Belvedere same color as Christine only that it’s not. Saw it at Walmart and had it get it.

Hey what's that red truck on the first column, third row? Under the green camper? Id like to get one of those with the redline tires. Christine is always a beauty. I find this red to be slightly darker than the actual car, this is like a blood red rather than a fancy kind. Unless I'm mistaken and Night Christine turns a darker red? It's been a while since I've seen the movie lol.

As it was supposedly factory ordered it would have probably came that way. Yes it is just a book and I guess king is allowed poetic license but for Autoworld to make it a true Christine derived Fury without these details is somewhat disappointing and sort of careless and lazy. It really doesn't take much effort to research and apply these details.

Yea I wish the AW wheels were thicker. From the cars I have I like the Green Lights and the Hot Wheels tire sizes. Don't have any JL's.
