Noxi Savage the downpipe, Chargepipe and fmic are all from VRSF. The tips are just 4” stainless tips from my local exhaust shop!
just saw this! Looks good with dual tips, kinda wish i did that instead of my quads, but my diffuser outlets were too big. The only difference is that the N20 has no secondary cat

Prodigy just a muffler delete shouldn’t throw any codes or affect drivability
Do you have to have a m sport rear bumper to have dual exhaust tips or I can just get a diffuser with dual outlet?

every time I try to get my muffler deleted the shop says its to much work and would take around 1000 dollars to do. where are you located so I can go there. am willing to travel. plz help me out. ps. I have the same car as you

@@quincyowens7289 Hmm shouldn't cost more than a few hundred....MAX. tell them you want to chop off the muffler and use a y pipe out to two tips. Its really simple, any respectable exhaust shop will know exactly what you mean, and how easy it is to do. I take my cars to lous custom exhaust here in MA

Bought the tips from my local exhaust shop and had them delete the muffler and y pipe it to the 2 4" tips

Raul Perez nope! There’s no sensors after the catalytic converters so nothing would trigger it

I want to get this done but I keep getting quoted between 450-500 dollars for the job. Where did you get this done it might be worth the drive.
NyquillusDilwad lous custom exhaust in north reading MA. Was about $50 for the tips themselves. $50 for the muffler delete, $25 for the secondary cat delete (if you’re n26 and not n20), and about $75 for all the labor to install new tips

Hey man, I have a b48 330i do you know if I have a secondary cat? I have an oval shaped box in the exhaust but I’m not sure if that’s the other resonator cause I believe I have 2 resonators
1 cat 2 resonators
Good choice on keeping resonator they sound like shit without them in my opinion i had mine back on just hours after taking it off
Does the car give you a code or something by removing the second cat please someone let me know thank you in advance
No code as there arent any sensors behind that secondary cat :)

What did you do with the exhaust flap actuator? Does it cause a check engine light?
London Amlin no CEL and the actuator was deleted along with the entire muffler
Is the electronic module still there or does it un-clip from the wire anywhere? I am just wondering if it is just hanging there or what you did with it.
London Amlin it unclips from the muffler and we just zip tied it and tucked it against the fender. It’s safe and not going anywhere, collecting dust :)

I don't get why everyone is so obsessed with using the term straight piped? Yours is definitely not straight piped. Straight piped would be from the turbo all the way to the back just "straight pipes" meaning no catted downpipe, no secondary cats, no resonator and also no muffler.
