  • In this video I show you how I made this bird feeder from douglas fir with CNC.
Because I do not have my own CNC, I go to my local makerspace/fablab 'de Kaasfabriek' (cheese factory) which is located in Alkmaar, The Netherlands.
The jars I used in this project are filled with food specially made for birds.
Look for more photos of other projects on my website: www.likewood.nl/

You need more subscribers. Excellent work!
What kind of end do you put on the jars to keep the bird food in?

Thanks! No end on the jars. The bird food is seeds bonded with fat or lard.

Love the robin at the end - you used some threaded bar with a socket to drive in ? Can you add a source to your videos ? I have not seen these in Uk and they look very useful

Thanks Colin, the threaded bar you can find under the name of dowel screw or hanger bolt.

I checked a lot of handbooks with woodworking plans. Instructions from woodprix are the best I think.
