Your Symphony's Potential Steam Output Fix

Is your Symphony making a knocking sound whenever the steam trigger is depressed and no steam comes out? Perhaps this is the remedy!
(- Take foot off of vacuum
Use a thin, blunt point like a paper clip and gently poke around the inside of the black steam outlet to dislodge any possible debris
Remove filter located below water reservoir. Add a bit of water to the reservoir if it's empty. Using the tip of a ballpoint pen, press the black hole located next to the vacuum chamber's outer tube. If water flows out, the passage is clear.
Replace filter and check if the vacuum produces steam again.)
