      Hello hello.... Abhi 2 months pehle comments ki thi ye....
      But now after 2 months I HAVE CONTROL OVER MY THOUGHTS and Anxiety. Respect to doctors... Lekin I did not took any treatment and meine Hanuman chalisa ka path roz subah kiya, and Jap ji Sahib roz Raat ko Sunta tha.....
      1 to 1.5 month mein Control aaya mere khudke uper. Ab eske pichhe ka science nhi pata muze... But yeah... Abhi aisi Fearful koi feeling aayi... Toh ek Hold aaya hai mereko khudpe... I can Ignore it. Abhi bhi etna pro nahi hu.... Lekin yeah... DEVELOP kiya ja skta hai ye control.

      mujhe bhagwan ko Gali dene ki man karti Hain.. lekin main bhagwan ko bht blv karti hun,pehle main bhagwan ki bht puja karti thi.. lekin ab bht dar lagte Hain kahi bhagwan mujhe naraz toh Nahi isiliye Maine puja path bhi Chor Di...mujhe toh ab bhagwan ko puja Karne se v dar Lagti Hain.     meri zindagi 30+ ka hone k baad se bahut hi khatarnaak intrusive thoughts se guzar rahi hai har roz, ab aadat si ho gyi hai, par insaan kitna fight kre daily, brain saari power le leta hai, kuch krne ka mann hi nhi krta, ek saath multiple thought aati hain or sab faint ho jaata hai, mann krta hai ki koi mujhe aisa injection dede jisse mai hosh me naa rahu 😰😭
