Surprised at the amount of the QC issues here given how many people in the scooter community will praise the nami brand like it's the only brand worth considering. I know the Klima also had originally some issues with the handlebars as well from what I've read on it. Don't own either one, but I do hope they get this under control as this just went to the top of my list for hitting all of my bullet points. A scooter below 70lbs with at least a 1200wh battery that can go at least 32mph. It's right at the level where I think it's comfortable enough to carry up/down stairs if needed with enough range so I won't feel anxiety for you're average trip. Also kind of surprised (not really) that there aren't bigger channels that are doing reviews on this scooter either, but I assume they just don't want to give the brand a negative review if it's as bad as it is here.
Yah I was surprised by the taillight and control pad issue. Thankfully the taillight was a quick fix. As for the button pad, I’ve heard of one other person having a similar issue. Might just be a bad batch of button pads, especially since this thing has been out in Europe and Asia for a few months already. I have a new button pad from a 3rd party coming in a day or two. Hopefully that does the trick. Other than the above issues, this thing has been great. I’m honestly blown away by the power this thing has in such a small form factor relative to other scooters with similar specs.
Thanks for the review, been looking at this and the climate for my next purchase..possibly even the burn. Where did you get the control pad? Not seeing it on there site.
On the day you buy the Nami Klima make sure you get the Nami Klima Max as the Nami Klima 25AH are starting to have lots of problems with their battery. My battery on my Klima 25AH just bricked itself and its only 3 months old.
You are not the only one who has problems with the buttons.TechCruise (he has a TH-cam channel) posted on NAMI group that he also has problems with the + and - buttons, same problem, not working. They look pretty cheap, they shoud've put the same buttons that Klima has. This scooter is not cheap...I want to buy one but the fact that it has a chinese battery stops me.i see that alot of people have problems with the battery on their Klima, the 25Ah chinese version.Maybe i will buy one if they make a version with LG cells.
Ah yes, I did see he was having issues as well. I know they’ve had this scooter in Asia and Europe for a bit now and I haven’t heard of anything from those folks yet, at least from what I’ve seen so far. Hopefully it’s just a batch issue impacting a small number of units. I’ll see how this new button setup works when it arrives. It uses the same 5 pin connector, just depends if the pins are mapped the same. As for the battery, hopefully these 52v versions don’t have the same issue as the Klima cases you describe. I’ll be doing a long term review on this scooter as well. Probably around the 1000 mile mark. We’ll see how the battery holds up.
@tomsgadgetgarage I have Klima Max and had zero problems with it,except for the headlight that came defective but they sent me a new one.I really want to buy this scooter to replace my Vsett 8+ as a daily commuter.Let us know if you have any flat problems because it has 9 inch wheels...i had the Vsett 9+ in the past and the flats were a nightmare.I hope tubeless is better on 9 inch wheels.I am a heavy rider and i have aprox.the same weight as you,i am curious how it will hold on your weight.
Nice. Thank you for sharing!
Thank you! And thanks for watching 😊.
Great scooter 🛴 review 🇺🇸👍
Thank you! Hope you had an excellent holiday!
Great video
Appreciate it!

Oh man that really sucks. Is it still in the warranty period? Did it just stop charging?
Not bad at all for this Nami Scooter. It seems to have a great amount of Torque. 😎👌
Seems like it’s been a QC nightmare with the turn signal issues and the mode button malfunctioning
Great vidéo !
What is your weight? To have a indication of top speed for me
Thank you! I weigh 204 lbs / 92.5 kgs

all those cables on the handle bar looks horrendous...they couldn't do a better job cable managing an expensive scooter?
There’s definitely lots of wiring at the front of the handlebars. I’ll be cleaning them up as much as I can.
I was going to comment the same thing haha
Sloppy quality control - just not good enough.
Yah definitely not good. Now that they are aware of it hopefully future units don’t have any of these issues.
