    This video series is meant for the Creative Cloud, Lightroom user who is intimidated by Photoshop. In the series, I demonstrate easy things you can use Photoshop for, as a Lightroom plugin. Today, I'm demonstrating how to blur a background.

      How long did it take to get the Z9 from the time you placed the order? Thanks!

    • @AnthonyMorganti
      @AnthonyMorganti  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@19Photographer76 I'm an NPS member. I ordered it the day it was announced so I was fortunate to get mine in the first batch that went out. I ordered direct from Nikon and I got it 2-days after shipment.

      @@AnthonyMorganti Thanks! I ordered from B&H on Nov 18 and canceled 2 wks ago. They said it might be Aug before I'd see one. The Z7II is good enough for now.

    Thanks so much! I've used the Texture, Clarity, and Sharpening sliders in Lightroom, and was never really happy with the outcome, either. I'll definitely give this way a try. Thank you for helping to boost my confidence in using Photoshop!

    Thank you very much. Just what I was looking for to process a specific photo from a photography workshop in Kenya. As others have mentioned, I did not like the Lightroom method.

    Great video! Perfectly timed, too. I have a phone image with a great shot of my grandson. Further complication is it is a jpeg on my 105MP phone camera so will be noisy. I will try Gigapixel AI first and Denoise AI if needed then try this method in PS to get rid of clutter in background. Hope it works on an enhanced jpeg. Lesson learned in that I now turned on raw plus jpeg in pro setting on camera.Thanks!

    I would have to say that LR or PS blurring is for the birds and you used to be able to do various types of blurs in other older..much older..apps. This ought to be native in LR but it should work and for the amount of work you have to do this is just not working in either app.
