Just made this today, but my cake turned out crumbly, so I'm not sure what I did wrong...maybe over-baked it? Stuck it in the freezer quickly after rolling it up and it's holding together. I'm the only one keto in the house, so I'll probably just leave it in the freezer and take a slice out to thaw when I want it. Tastes great!
It does look fantastic, but I did have trouble with the measurements. The batter was very thick. It would be so very kind of you to post the ingredients in grams. Therefore, the recipe would always come out consistent with your video. 🌻❤🌻
AHHHHH THIS LOOKS AMAZING- i eat really healthy, not specifically keto but i am absolutely in love with pumpkin swiss rolls and every time fall rolls around i end up eating way too much of it so finding a good recipe for it that actually wont murder my ability to keep a health concious diet is awesome

Try keto upgrade TH-cam channel. She is an actual pastry chef gone keto and does not us much nut flours and her recipes are the best. Her pumpkin roll is made in the technique which is an old technique not new to this channel.
Hey! As a European, I would love if you could give alternative measurements instead of cups. We mostly use grams as a standard measurement here and determining how much a cup for each ingredients is (since apparently that varies as well) it's extremely painful and time consuming to have to convert that every time. Love your videos!

You say it's "extremely painful and time consuming" to look up measurement conversions, yet somehow you don't think it's "extremely painful and time consuming" for Annie to add that to her already full workload? When people put comments like yours, they're basically saying THEIR time and effort is more important than the time and effort of the person who researches, tests, produces, films and posts these recipes all while being a busy mom of 2 boys who are active in sports and school, being a wife and being an active TH-camr who has to read comments from silly, entitled people like you! LOOK. IT. UP. YOURSELF. STOP. BEING. LAZY.
It's time consuming for her as well. And these videos take quite a long time to develop the recipe, film and edit. It seems like a lot to expect her to do conversions as well. She has a full time job as well, I believe.
Oh no that’s too bad. It sounds like it was left in there too long. If you start to smell burnt ‘sugar’ smell, pull it out. You could try lowering your oven temp too and cooking it for longer. It doesn’t need to be 100% set in the middle before you pull it out as it will continue to cook and set after you pull it out of the oven.
