WRONG, possession football is useless in FIFA 13. Ultra defense + counter attacking with pacey forwards is the principal way to win.

well playing possession football is the way to go if you have players that can make accurate passes. I like to use Barcelona and I pass the often but I still have a hard time playing against teams like Real Madrid and Bayern Munchen because they have very fast players. My advice is to make your team play defensive and build your attack slowly.
Just because you couldnt get it to work doesnt mean the rest of us cant. I win most games with 65% possesion

what difficulty do you play? legendary?..if your answer is yes,then i doubt that.you have to keep possession of the ball,it helps you concede less goals and you have to be aggressive towards your opponent when he is with the ball, that's how you win a champions league final in Fifa13(Legendary level of course),if the computer scores first.then Shit just got real because you are in trouble. cheersss
