Especially if both lanes of cars are going slow then you can’t even pass
So in most EU countries, the passing lane is the passing lane, there’s no doing the same speed as other people in the fast lane. If someone is hogging the lane you just flash your high beams and they’re gone. That’s how it should be.. Never understood why people in the US use the lanes the way they do, it just creates traffic.. 5 lanes all going the same speed, pretty stupid tbh.
Janusz Gajusz they don’t all go the same speed though. In Arizona for instance, the posted speed limit is 65mph. If you drive in the farthest right lanes, maybe the first or second, it’s acceptable to drive a bit below that or at that speed. In the furthest left lane, the max speed is 80, and you have to cruise at that speed or people get pissed. It’s technically illegal but even cops don’t care. If you’re going faster than that, it’s your problem. I try to give those people room and let them pass but they shouldn’t expect it. As a society we’ve basically made our own speed limit that you’re expected to never really pass. It works well honestly and keeps some people from towing ignorantly fast and doing dumb shit. With our shitty drivers, we would have some huge accidents with people going 90 since they simply don’t react fast enough or know how to keep distance. On two lane roads though, Americans are useless. Then you have no excuse to sit in the left lane. The highways I was explaing before have 5 lanes. I like the roads in Germany though. Amazing drivers and well functioning system.
Joseph Samsor yea I see where you’re coming from but on the other hand it’s the drivers that really create the “rules” and if their mindsets don’t change, nothing’s gonna change. I’ve never been to the US but looking at it on TH-cam I’d probably be more scared to drive there than in Bangkok.. People just don’t seem to use their brains too much while on the road and as Adam said in the video they make you do dangerous things like passing on the right, which just does not happen in the eu. I’d much rather have someone pass me doing 100mph than have to pass someone on the right, not trying to justify speeding but speaking from experience people who drive faster seem to be more aware of what’s around them. And that’s why you should have a slow and a fast lane and keep it that way. I probably went a bit off topic there but whatever
Janusz Gajusz no you’re completely right, but that mainly applies to two lane or 3 lane highways. We have so many lanes and at times, the traffic can get so bad so suddenly that having people going over 80 is simply way too dangerous. Driving here really isn’t bad though. I actually just cruise at 65mph for the most part in the farther right lanes because I drive an older truck. If I have my mom’s newer Lincoln, then I can drive at 80 in the furthest left lanes. Really it just works out for the larger highways. 2 lane roads are where our flaws really show. To many moments where two drivers will decide they need to move at the same speed, side by side. I also think that in the U.S, we have a lot less people speeding, especially speeding excessively. It’s either 80 or below 99.99% of the time. My guess is Adam just like driving much faster than the natural flow of traffic.
Usually shooting at them helps me when I have this problem

The fact that this is even a problem is baffling to a non American. Almost everywhere ive been its always keep to the right unless over taking.

You've obviously never driven in Florida. Flash and tailgate all you want, nobody here knows they're supposed to move over. The only people who seem to understand this are middle aged men. I've driven in other states, and none have been nearly as bad as Florida.

Flash to pass. Blink your headlights as you're coming up on them. They usually move over. If not they'll notice you enough to see you pass on the right.

Couldn’t agree more about highway driving. It seems about 20% of drivers understand the left lane is the passing lane. I’ve seen people hold up lines of 20 cars, this should be ticket worthy. My biggest pet peeve is when a truck decides to pass another truck because he wants to go 1mph faster, takes minutes for a single pass and holds everyone up.

It is ticket worthy in most states. Especially if you are in 1 lane road, I think the rule is 5 cars behind and you have to pull over. I've noticed the liberal/entitlement states have this issue the most.

Congratulations. Really like the angle on the middle of the car. The helmet can definitely shows the forces on your head more however. Great mix up of the pair.
In Florida, FSS states slower traffic keep right. If it's single lane, there's FSS for impeding traffic. I can't go everywhere you go, but in my county we stop slow drivers just as much as fast drivers.

if your clutch is slipping during drifts, just stop immediatelly and get it changed
there was a drift event nearby a few weeks ago and a friend took part in it, his clutch was slipping from the beginning, he passed free practice/training with it, but unfortunately on qualifications he gave up in the middle of his 1st run because his clutch went ultra bad ultra fast
also, he also used the pumping the clutch in neutral method a lot as well

The fords f350’s and 450’s come with VERY good headlights and they are at the perfect height for tailgating anyone real quick and beaming them for a second with the high beams. Works every time and hope it helps

In Minnesota there was a recent law past called the “slow poke law” where if someone in the left lane is going slower than the traffic behind them and causes any kind of slow down in traffic they can be fined. If I remember correctly it’s a $300 fine but the law hasn’t really helped tbh

Al Coke yeah some of the slowest in the states actually. But during certain traffic times you can exceed the limits if the flow of traffic is exceeding the limits.
I dint know if in the us people would be offended by it but, here in Brazil when someone is camping in the left lane you just flash the high beams and indicate left (to overtake) and usually if the the person isnt a dick it'll move to the right

Up here in Washington there is actually an rcw code. There were a few cars that had a move over windshield banner with the rcw code. It was funny. It was backwards so in the rearview of the offender it's readable.

Totally agree with the highway driving issue.. i think 2 licenses 1 for driving around and 1 for driving on highway and if u dont know the lanes and passing and merging onto highway at speed you dont get to use the highway

Flash your high beams repeatedly. I think that's the safest option without getting an illegal light bar.
Apparently most states have a left lane law where the fine can be anywhere from $300 to $1000+, but the chance of that being issued is slim.

Putting Train Horns on the F-350 is how you get their attention lol you can get kits from hornblasters or just do a diy kit. Also if you already have on-board air for say rear air bags then it is even easier to do.
