Thanks. AT Velkhana is really tough, for me is this monster in the top 3 most difficult monsters in Iceborne. It's maybe strange to say, but staying close to the monster is safer then standing away from the monster. Because I expected that I would faint, what happened twice, I slotted in Fortify. I also ate for Safeguard to have an extra faint. Divine Blessing Lv5 is for more survivability. I used maximum Evade Window and Extender for mobility and so I could jump through attacks like that unblockable Icebeam attack. I didn't used Guarding skills, because a lot of the attacks give you so much knockback that I don't find if useful to get those for my Gunlance build, so I went for full Evade Window.
Thanks. This was indeed not the easiest match up for Gunlance. For a moment, before I did this run, I was considering to get more practice with the Insect Glaive, and use the Glaive against AT Velkhana so have the option to go into the air to dodge some of the ice attacks.
Good going. I get very wrecked by ATV. Will look at my build with yours.
