I was always an anejo drinker until i had ocho blanco. such a good sipper
Ocho is always good no matter where they get the agave.
You're correct that I never met an Ocho I didn't like. So clean and pure.
Tequila Ocho is 1 of my favs, I seen this in blanco and reposado very intrigued to try the repo glad to hear ocho put out another good 1
Great, informative, thank you for reviewing.
Nice bottle the quality and price is hard to beat
Way to go Ocho ! Can't wait to taste this one. Thanks Lou and Dan for this great presentation, really appreciate it ! Greetings, Frank
Thanks Frank
Ayo im convinced, im buyin a bottle after work ✅️
it is soooo good, a great pepper finsih
Ocho was one of my first REAL Tequilas that I tried when starting. Always go back to the blanco from time to time and recently bout the blanco, repo and anejo in January. What a treat! So much great agave taste, nice bottle (old and new) and affordable price. (as well as highly available)
Thanks Lou and Dan, going to have to try Ocho, just looked it up, on sale at Binny's in the Chicago suburbs for $44.99. Always appreciate learning from you.
I ended up blown away especially for the price range
I get one of every estate that I see but I gotta say I prefer to old bottle a little better. I liked that it looked like a wine bottle bc the whole single estate terroir focus is a common theme in wine and it stood out among most tequila bottles.
I like the old label better for sure. I would have preferred it on the new bottle
Try $35.99 at Costco!
I found this in the old bottle, funnily enough. Still hunting for the new bottle version.
I just picked up a bottle of the 2023 Ocho Plata Corralillos but it was in the old bottle...
I stumbled into a bottle of the anejo picked it up for a resonable price of 70...it was gone in 2 days.... nosed great (light oak, vanilla, mineral and cinnamon) and taste was even better (same as the nose but add butter cream with a medium finish).
That sounds delicious, I need to try it
Can you review La Pulga Tequila. The bottle is very similar to the Primo Tequila bottle. Thanks.
If I see one
I paid 50.00 in ohio
Can you do a review on Gila tequila.
I’m not sure if it is even sold in the U.S
Never heard of it

NOM 1592 out of Jalisco.
Thanks for your reviews and being pungent on additive free tequila cause I’m not drinking anything else but additive free.

@@longislandloutequila7208 do you recommend the cimarron blanco ?
So this is the 3rd field from 2023?
I believe there were five from 2023,, and his two from 2024 so far
If ocho is all estate made how does lower agave prices help them offer more expensive bottles for the same price. Unless he's just buying the agaves from those estates?
I think that's it, because I don't think he personally owns every one of his estates.
