Bought my first bottle of tequila today. First time ever drinking tequila, actually. Started bartending a few months ago, always smelt it and said to myself “Hmm, this smells good.” I did a little bit of research and Lalo was the bottle I picked up. Glad to see I made a good choice. Made some margaritas for me and my dad this evening and they turned out really great.

I like how you go above and beyond on educating everyone on good and bad tequila. But I don't think it's worth having to drink that poison. Anniversario is hands down the best of the bunch imo. Then closely followed by the Cerro de Luz. Cascahuin and Fortaleza are simply the best of the best and my top 2 favorite.

Making me get a glass of the Azul Blanco 46 this afternoon. Incredible whatever you want to call it

Tried the blanco and I can agree.. there are other brands that taste and smell better than this one but it is drinkable. For me the pepper is very strong and the agave is less pronounced on the taste. I would recommend Alida Tequila for you to try next. It is very nice to sip on and cheaper than Elevacion

Yeyo has become by go. Easy to get where I'm at. Still able to get lot 100s right on the shelf for like 40 bucks. Just can't beat it. I was lucky to get both of the new barrel releases as well. NOM 1414 and Sergio Cruz just continue to kill it.

The biggest disappointment on this one, it tastes like a $40-$50 bottle but at a $90 premium. So sad too because 1414 is great.

This was the best tasting blanco I've had so far and i absoutle hate blanco lol

Had the 5 year in old weeks weeks ago. I put it right under tears.

Maybe that's why various friends of my told me early on to not drink 'to kill ya'. I always stayed away from it but mostly preferred bourbon anyway. I have to try some the good stuff you recommend to get a feel for it sometime.

to me it tastes like an additive free tequila without the additives. pretty good
