Agree 100%! I still have a wonderful bottle of their Rancho La Magueyera variety. It cost more than $ 39.99, but it's well worth it.

My favorite sipper.....2 open right now. Not quite that inexpensive but well worth it, I even gift it.

Do you guys find arette and cimarron easily? People keep telling me those are better alternatives but honestly I find ocho much easier and even for the extra $10-$20 bucks ocho is much better in my opinion.

I’m new to drinking and I’m wondering what is the best Tequila I should try. I heard that it has to be made with 100% Agave. I found Lalo online. How about Sammy’s Tequila Cabo Wabo? I’m also looking for a good Vodka too. I read that Whipped Pinnacle is good. I really am unsure. I’m looking for something for New Years. Thank you.

Good video, Lou. Since I can no longer get Fortaleza Blanco at $39.99, Tequila Echo is one of my go-to tequilas. I especially enjoyed the Potrero Grande. Tomorrow, I'll be buying more T-Ocho at $34.99. G4 is $34.99 as well, but I have to drive an hour and a half for G4 at that price.

54 dollars out the door local. It is excellent BUT ....Cabo Wabo is just as good. SORRY you hate them!!!! !

Tequila Ocho is one of the GOATs. It may not be the "hot" or "in" thing right now, unlike some of newer brands that are being heavily promoted by some folks, but it is always reliable & always delicious. The fact that the plata is only $40-50 a bottle is fantastic. It gives a lot of more expensive brands that are extremely hyped a run for their money (& surpasses a lot of them).

My intro to them was a repo this year and it was incredible

Any Ocho is an excellent choice. If you want to save a few more bucks look for another additive free brand Cimarron tequila which can be found for under $30. Most local stores on the Jersey shore have plenty of bottles on the shelf.

I got the Tierra Negras repo from Costco for 48. So good, I went back to get another bottle and it was gone. 😟

And by no means is Ocho the only slammin' deal for generally $40 or less. If you can find g4, siete leguas, Tapatio, El Tesoro and a few others... those are the ones you want to concentrate on at this price point

This is my go to tequila. I talked my local package store into stocking it now they can’t keep it on the shelf. But they always keep two bottles in the back for me.

Love Ocho but it's not available in Ontario Canada so when I'm at the Cancun duty free I always get it when it's there. The guys try to get you to buy some other brands that they probably get a kick back for pushing but I just say no thanks and get the Ocho
