these options are not available in new version 5.4.1... or i am mistaken not able to find these options in this version. please guide me i am stuck here in this 4th tutorial.

after installing new theme, it does appear same as it was looking in preview..why..although the file is at its right place under theme but still it is not appearing. however theme 2017 is working fine but no other.. kindly advise
