The Suzi 750 looks and hears perfect with an M shape handlebar and Yoshimura 4 in 1 exhaust. Give her modern tires for high speed and perfect warm up + grip tires, just for the safer and better performance in high speed curve handling ! Many of them crashed in small curves with the tires from the 70´s ! Next thing is the hydraulic brake system which should also upgrade with modern materials and fluid! Finally change the engine fluids and even the fuel with a high octane number, plus a heat band around the manifolds, because the more heat the better motor protection when burn the most micro dirt particle inside any single piston chamber and rings!
I think that was the beginning of the TSS (Twin Swirl System) style of piston heads. I had two 1982 Suzi GS 75X inline 4 DOHC aspirated with 4 Mikuni carburetors on and assembly. These were not fast bikes - they were strong bikes rather and more so at the bottom end. They also got the best distance to fuel ratio I ever experienced. I really miss this production model. It would be a dream if they brought them back.
"These were not fast bikes" WHAT !??! You have no idea what type of beast these bike still is! The princess was the Suzi 1000, but hey I´m a German and I ride such a 750 Suzi in 1980 with a 4 in 1 Yoshimura exhaust and a M shape handlebar, which is perfect on a German highway without any speed limitation! You would freak out while you ride the babe with full speed! She was also fun pure on short distances, like in a downtown area because of the power to speed up from zero to 100 km/h in under 2,5 seconds ! Take ya chance to ride her if you can and you will see what I talk about!
Bought the exhaust system via ebay from the UK and after a week everything arrived. Just look into my channel. There should be one road test video, more are coming.
Yes sir. I don't have the numbers i used about 10% larger jets. But be aware, i the engine is not original either. Tuned it up a little bit with a 850s cylinder.
That howls! Awesomeness out the curves...
beautiful bike man.
Ride safe!
Thanks, will do!

Have you got a link for the front fender/mudguard, please?
I am sorry but there is no link for this one. It's the original front fender which i had cut got it painted black.
Nice!! I have the same bike in black! Looking to do the same thing; how easy were these to get one? Any chance of a road test video?
