Depending on the difficulty of the effect - A whole episode takes anywhere from 10 - 25 hours.

hey what is your pc specs? what cpu or gpu do you have, the AE preview looks so smooth.
My PC is 6 years old now - I render the previews and cut out the time it takes for the tutorial.

can you do a tutorial on zoom hand phases thru someone's heart, or zoom actualy phases thru someone, and yeah i know that there is a tutorial on the phasing hand, but we want it from the front, like when zoom kills barry's father.
Same deal as this effect - shoot the Actor being stabbed in their own plate, shoot the zoom actor on their own plate, use the mask tool to animated the hand to pop through the chest.

i dont have green screen so the blur affects the enviroment too help please
try masking your character and adding the effect to the mask. Make sure to be very precise so that it doesn't get anything but your actor.
