I just picked up my '15 GTS, and I absolutely love it! The exhaust sound is absolutely fabulous for the ears. This should be the ultimate driving machine vs. M6 and Mercedes E AMG.
Ross, great job! I drove one of these a few months ago. Just floored me on how effortlessly smooth it is. There are not many cars I'd consider giving up my Bimmer for, but this one is it.
Thanks team. Great review. This video helped me in my decision to buy this car. I have to agree that this is an unbelievable car. You can really go to Home Depot, take your wife to anniversary dinner (even take your in-laws out for dinner), and absolutely haul ass on the way home whether you take the highway or the twisty back roads. Adjustable air suspension, throttle mapping, sports exhaust, rear spoiler, etc. And this car looks absolutely stunning in real life.
I'm not a big expert of cars in terms of real life experiences because I've just turned 18 and I've only got my licence a few weeks ago. Anyway I love cars and I've been studying them for a long time (I think since I can read and we can count that anyhow that is a 7 year period) so I think it is a very solid fact that this car is beautiful. It's not perfect, I belive that but let me check those cars that has a naturally aspirated V8 with this glorious sound, AWD, this much of cargo space and a benchmark that Porsche has. Ohh nothing comes to my mind. It's not the fastest, not the bigggest or not the lightest car on the planet but it's got a bit of everything of these that makes it a very special complete. Thanks Ross for the comprehensive review, it was nicely cut and detailed! Marci Bino form Hungary ps. Sorry for the mistakes in my english, I'm working hard on it.;)
I hope so, although it could be a while since I just got the new M6 convertible and the review is up already. Go check it out! I loved that car too. Thanks for the kind words
Great review as always, Ross! The comparison to the Cooper S really makes me want to go out and drive this car. Once again, you nailed the 'driving feel' part, which is essential on any performance oriented ride
did I miss something? how are drive thru ATM's a no go with this car...also with this car's weight can a version of the TDI as used in the cayenne, be practical and retains some sportiness...love that it is AWD ...I'm a big skier and do a 400 mile drive on weekends
My uncle is looking to upgrade to this from his panamera 4. Even the 4 fits the description of how it looks awful on paper but works in the real world. To me, the 3.6 v6 in the 4 is quick enough.
I love the off throttle snarl this car makes. High priced? True, but 4wd doesn't come cheap in a sporty car no matter who makes it; compared to a 2wd car. Even a given Subaru cost more than comparable cars. For it's weight/class I find this car amazing. Good review Ross!
As an avid fan/owner of the Audi A7, I'm definitely looking to step up to either the Panamera GTS or Audi RS7 once it comes out. I would assume that price point wise both of those cars should be similar but great review as always
If you're going to get the V8 M3 (or the new M5/M6) you really should get the 7-speed DCT. The 6MT fits the 1M because of the insanely broad torque curve but for the other cars, the 7-speed really wakes them up.
Good job on the review Ross, your enthusiasm is so good that it often makes me like the cars you review, even if i previously hated it. But just out of interest Ross, what's your top 5 car ?
Mmm very good taste right there. I have always wanted the current V8 M3, I even actually tried to see if there is a way I could get the old 2005/6 M3 as well. Both of them 6 speed manual. The M6 material quality is super amazing especially the cabin and it's high quality seats.
Nice review Ross. I understand what you mean by saying real world. Most of these reviews favor the specs on paper forgetting that what makes a great cars is the right amount of ingredients and not a Paper Tiger
John Vu yeah i know.. just saying the car would be more enjoyable on a road trip with windy roads. Might as well take a S class to vegas, but can't go wrong with either.
I know you wouldn't "have" to. I guess the point I was trying to make was that I don't think I would want to put 2x4s in a car this nice haha. By the way, love your reviews, keep up the good work!
If you want the Swiss Army Knife of Sports Sedans (which is what most reviewers have called the Panamera), sign up. You WILL NOT be disappointed. I concur with most that this Saloon is not the best looking of the bunch and I also agree with this reviewer, that it makes up for its flaws in dividends... I just wish it had just enough power to beat the M5 in this price point.
I have been looking at a Cadillac CTS-V because I "felt guilty" about buying a foreign car. But after seeing thing video I am going to buy me the car that I have always wanted...a PORSCHE. I live in the DC.MD.VA area...any suggestions on where I can get a "fair deal"?
Panamera handles like a Mini Cooper even though it is is 5" longer than the Cayenne? How can that be possible? Speaking of Cayenne, will you be doing a review on the 2013 Cayenne soon? Most of the existing Cayenne reviews on TH-cam are on the GTS and the DIesel models for sale purpose but no one has done an objective informative review on the base model, yet.
Yes, but you wouldn't have to. It's one of the only cars I've ever driven that is essentially perfect...you could literally own one as your only car if you wanted to, even if you lived in a place that occasionally got snowy weather.
I really like my 2013 GTS black on black...Honestly the only thing i dont like about the car is the audio to play your iphone music you have to plug it in...other then that this car is perfect!!!
That's the car of my dreams, besides the Cayenne, due to them being the only Porsches that can fit a driver over 6 feet tall (I'm about 6'5). I'm wondering is Roadfly paying you enough to have a Panamera in your own name? My job sure as hell doesn't, I'm stuck with my 2004 Dodge Durango! But besides all that, I bet you had a real rush!
I reckon you do the best reviews by far Ross. My only criticism (and it's a small one) is that I'd like to see just a little more of the tech functions of the car. What do all the switches and dials do man? From an appreciative Aussie. Keep up the great work.
Thats right body in the trunk head was still out ,lol all most 6feet in but still great room and if l was going to buy a porsche it would also be the Panamera.
The Model S has more interior space - so much so that it can have a 3rd row facing rear. And the Model S eats up BMW M5 and Mercedes E63 in straight line performance for less money. That's American products for ya!
So concerns about durability is waved away with comparisons of steering with that of petting a puppy. That doesn't look like an impartial review does it?
I just picked up my '15 GTS, and I absolutely love it! The exhaust sound is absolutely fabulous for the ears. This should be the ultimate driving machine vs. M6 and Mercedes E AMG.
That car is awesome, not a fan on the GTS trim but the Panamera in general is Great! Thx Ross for such an awesome review
I fully agree with everything you said on this review ross, the Panamera is my favorite car for the last 2 years. Its a car for everything.
Ross, great job! I drove one of these a few months ago. Just floored me on how effortlessly smooth it is. There are not many cars I'd consider giving up my Bimmer for, but this one is it.
Awesome video after I test driven the GTS I was sold, I was waiting on the 2015 Z06 but the quality of this car is unmatched.
I love the porsche it is the ultimate car it's fast, sleek and unbelievably cool hope to get one someday soon!!
Best most comprehensive reviewer. Definitely influences the purchasing process.
another absolutely great review Ross... awesome... This is a very beautiful machine.
I wish one day i could pick this baby up.
Porsche is the best car company.
But the consomation of gasoline is hight

The first car I saw was when I was 3 and that was my cousins porsche
Ready for the experience. I experience a brand new black Porsche Panamera today. Beautiful.
Such a great review Ross, great work. So clear and direct.
You actually replied to my comment Ross!! I feel so cool! Great choice on the civic si my freind
I hope so, although it could be a while since I just got the new M6 convertible and the review is up already. Go check it out! I loved that car too. Thanks for the kind words
I think this one is actually #1. The other 4 spots are up for grabs between the DC2 Integra Type-R, the Boss 302, 1 Series M, current M3, current M6.
Like Ross' reviews. His style is unique.
Another practical car, plenty of cargo space for the gig equipments. It is also low profile and understated (matches humble personality).
Great review as always, Ross!
The comparison to the Cooper S really makes me want to go out and drive this car.

Great Review Ross. Always love listening to your insights
After I finish with my studies and start work, I'm going to be buying myself one of these cars. It's a jack of all trades and looks good doing it.
Looks good? Check your prescription, rotfl.
+goons123flofy well I think it's a nice four-door Porsche, if you don't think so don't buy one
I am going to buy a 2016 Camaro instead. Don't get me wrong, it also has questionable looks.
Ross and Porsche = thumbs up
Great review as always Ross! Keep up the awesome work!

Some combination of: DC2 ITR, Boss 302, BMW 1M, BMW M3 (current V8 model), current M6, Panamera GTS, and Mini John Cooper Works.
This is my favorite! Thanks Ross!
Good job on the review Ross, your enthusiasm is so good that it often makes me like the cars you review, even if i previously hated it. But just out of interest Ross, what's your top 5 car ?
Gratz on ur 500th video

Makes a lovely sound indeed...the 4 door Porsche!
Curtis--Thanks! I have a 2009 Civic Si sedan.
just love it, have to buy one now
Great Video Ross!
I'm becoming a fan. You can take this car to Vegas too and that would be awesome.
John Vu vegas? meh not enough curvy back roads..
Canniballistix I'm talking about a road trip because this is also a grand tourer.
John Vu yeah i know.. just saying the car would be more enjoyable on a road trip with windy roads. Might as well take a S class to vegas, but can't go wrong with either.
Canniballistix Right

Amazing review Ross!
thanks Ross! hello from brazil
Thanks Ross for another great review, can you guys do a comparison tests with such cars, or a drag race of some sort of?
Great review Ross!! Big fan of the Panamera. Have some N.Va roads west of DC that are brilliant if you have an interest. Cheers!!
Great review, Ross.
Great job!. wish the reviews were longer thats how good they are. You ever gonna review the new m5 and m6 Coupe?
I must say this car has grown on me. I like it...did I just say that?!!!

love u emmy always make me smile
I wonder how the highway ride is. How does it compare to class-defining S550 in terms of highway ride quality?
My second dream car!
so professional ross. good job
Yes! Loving it still.
Hi Ross! I was wondering what car you drive? Great review as always!
Ross, we want to hear what your top 5 cars of all time are.
Nice review mang

My pleasure!
there you go ross, anyway what are your top 5 cars of all time? Wanna share to your funs?
I got on one of those today! It's fast!!
just curious Ross, what are your top 5 cars of all time?
Yes, but you wouldn't have to. It's one of the only cars I've ever driven that is essentially perfect...you could literally own one as your only car if you wanted to, even if you lived in a place that occasionally got snowy weather.

Great engine note, be cool if you could get the Audi S7 and BMW 650 Gran Coupe and this car against each other.
dude how many anniversary do you celebrate in each year?? last video about you driving you wife to dinner out in NISSAN GTR
kudos for the mini cooper s reference
Ross, good reveiw
Excellent video
Just release the Sport Turismo alrready Porsche! Everyone is waiting for it.
Great review.
What happened to Ross? We need him back.
A lot of people asked me about this. It's because the car is so huge. Sorry it wasn't more clear!
Which is roomier? This one or the 2014 BMW 3 series GT?
Great video
I came here to see the trunk space for my new Panamera beater work 'truck'
Ross still driving the Si?
...and out of curiosity, what is your current car, Ross Rapoport?
That's the car of my dreams, besides the Cayenne, due to them being the only Porsches that can fit a driver over 6 feet tall (I'm about 6'5). I'm wondering is Roadfly paying you enough to have a Panamera in your own name? My job sure as hell doesn't, I'm stuck with my 2004 Dodge Durango! But besides all that, I bet you had a real rush!
Agreed. I call mine the ballistic people mover.
430 HP??? How does this do against a SRT8 2012?
Nice trousers!
...And thank you for sharing
What are the other Top 4 cars ?
Ross the Boss.
Gorgeous car!!
Hi Ross
Fuel rating shouldn't be a opposite like 23 mpg in the cite and 16mpg on the highway ? Isn't that more logical ??
Please do a 2013 Dodge Challenger SRT8
What makes this car better than the turbo Panamera ?
Get a 2013 Civic to test!
I reckon you do the best reviews by far Ross. My only criticism (and it's a small one) is that I'd like to see just a little more of the tech functions of the car. What do all the switches and dials do man? From an appreciative Aussie. Keep up the great work.
Either those seats are huge or he is small did any one else see that ?
Thats right body in the trunk head was still out ,lol all most 6feet in but still great room and if l was going to buy a porsche it would also be the Panamera.
Ross rules
I still believe the CTS-V is a better option given the two.
If someone could afford a car like this, I'm pretty sure they could also afford a secondary, economy car to use for "taking to Home Depot".
The Model S has more interior space - so much so that it can have a 3rd row facing rear. And the Model S eats up BMW M5 and Mercedes E63 in straight line performance for less money.
That's American products for ya!
