- For 2024 Ford refreshed the F-150 Raptor across the 35 package, 37 Performance package and the Raptor R with the 5.2l Supercharged V8.

Whats even more hilarous, Is that has been my dream truck since they first come out and no were near getting one now. Unless someone wants to gift me one. Lol😊. Ill pay it foward one day in the chick fl line.

Congrats! I still can’t believe how much people are paying for these vs TRX at or below MSRP. Saying that as a former Raptor owner. Beautiful truck though dude!
Thanks for watching man! Yup big demand for the R. Ford made around 2000 of these Raptor Rs per year, and Ram was pumping out 14-20k TRXs per year...thats what is driving demand. TRX is now bringing same or lower pricing on a 2021 than a 2021 Ecoboost F150 Raptor.
If people would hold off the prices go down

Awesome! I have a 2023 R in azure and like the changes for the 24. I think the performance view is new for 2024.

Loved the review really considering one. But near the end of the video you pan to the back seat and the wrinkling on the back seat does show build quality very well.
I will have to take a look at that back seat and see if I notice that more...but hang tight there is another video posting tomorrow you might like!

Good thing about Raptors is that they hold value very well. I’ve owned two Gen 3’s and on both of them when I got ready to sell they didn’t depreciate below MSRP. For me that’s very important since I go through 3 new cars a year.

Nice. How much quieter was the 35 versus this, using the decibel reader? And was it noticeably quieter to the driver with the 35? And comparing the 37 without the R versus this? Thanks.
I didn’t have the db meter for the 35 package truck. But I think the 35 or 37 package truck should be a little quieter on the highway as the exhaust on the R is louder. When I get an opportunity I will do db meter with the 35 and 37 package trucks
TRX’s don’t “sign off” at 4-5K rpm. Take a look at the dyno graphs that clearly show its making power all the way to redline. I’ll also take the ZF 8 speed over the Ford 10 speed any day

My son just bought a new 23 Raptor in December. It is really nice, but the price is just too high ( yes I have the cash to buy one outright). I must say that this vehicle is not the only one priced outlandishly

Does The gauge cluster have custom options? In my opinion Audi has the best layout, black background and flat high contrast lines for every info displayed
I will play around with it to see...you have the performance view for 24 and each drive mode has custom screens, but I will find out more and let you know! thanks for the comment!
I love this truck even tho I cannot afford one. I think it is priced reasonably considering all the tech and engine mods

Did you paint the red line on your steering wheel black?
No sir they are black in 2024 on all Raptors, trying to understand why they went away from the Red.
My opinion its a plus that R's dont come with start & stop function. My 23 didn't come with the start & stop and i dont miss it. With my 37PP doing around 13.5 mpg with 9200 miles (13 months old). I live in SoCal and my city daily average is dropping to 12.5mpg

@@CTECH-REVIEWi did a test drive on a 2023 Raptor R and it had the start and stop function everytime i brake it goes to a complete stop until i throttle

If you are thinking about payments, this truck is not for you.
I can tell you the 7.3 gas basically leaks fuel out the tail pipe. Given it’s one of my company work trucks that does pull a trailer 30% of the time but I’ve never seen the average mpg on that truck over 10mpg. Pulling or not. Maybe we should trade it in for an R

Hopefully you don't get the exhaust rattle like all gen 3 get. I got it on my 2023 R.
