I always gave a long blast on the horn when approaching Bridge 131 and several other bridges on this stretch. At least it usually reduced the force of the impact if there was one, and I think it is best practice at any blind approach.

I tend to refrain from sounding the horn unless it's really necessary. It messes up the video sound. ;-)
