Whether this order is effective in respect of state govt.employees and aided teachers .
This is the orders issued by the DOPT. Applicable to all Central Govt employees. I dont know whether these provisions have applied for their employees

Postal assistant's pay was stepped up, and after two years he expired. Family pension was granted with stepped up pay. After that one audit party has objected the stepping up saying that SPO has not power to step up the pay (FR27).It should have been issued by PMG. After that recovery of excess payment was made from Family pensioner and family pension also reduced. PL guide and also provide the relevant orders

Amount of RS.186921/ has been recovered from my DCRG.
I am classIII retired official on 30/06/22 from CO Delhi despite supreme Court order/DOPT and Deptt.of posts order. I have already represented but nothing has so far been done by CO Delhi. Please help to get my huge amount.
