Confederation of Central Government Gazetted Officers Organisations (CCGGOO), National Coordination Committee of Pensioners Associations (NCCPA), NJCM, CCGEW and others are pursuing issues like implementation of enhanced pension for 65, 70 & 75 years and increase of FMA to Rs. 3000/- etc. vigorously. But the Ministry of Finance has not yet taken the decision.
CCGGOO appeals to the Government to implement the recommendations of the Parliamentary standing Committee at the earliest.

Yes, recommendation of PSC regarding enhancement of pension is a good system and if that was approved by the Finance Ministry, the same will be a land mark during BJP Govt. People after serving so many years are still in the doubt whether completion of 65 years or attaining 65 is nothing but ridiculous as they retired after attending 60 or completion of 60. The answer is with them.
What about increment on 30/06 retire

There were 3 pensioners and one family pensioner who were expecting F M A , ADDL. PENTION ABOVE 65 YEARS, REVISION OF EXSERVICEMAN O R O P 2 AND EPS-95 PENSION HIKE HAVE EXPIRED WITH IN 20 DAYS IN THE MONTH OF SEPTEMBER 2022 in my native village.

The case is still pending in the Supreme Court
This pension hike which is still in the supreme court will be there till all the 65 lakh pensioners kick their buckets. We never thought that this BJP government is so careless towards the pension hike. To conclude i would like to say that almost all the pensioners have lost the confidence on the govt and even the prime minister of india. As all the pensioners are getting only around ₹ 1300 and struggling to find both the ends meet which the govt is aware. In spite of this govt is careless towards we the pensioners. We have almost become beggars by borrowing money from friends and relatives. It is an utter shame on the part of the pensioners as well as the govt.

We are not influencial in elections. Many states are far more favorable to employees during election time. Recently I heard in Gujarat, they have reduced commutation restoration to 13 years. In telangana, AP they raised the retirement age to 62 and 61. Unfortunately CG is of the opinion the welfare of employees is burden

Sir, anyone who is under ministry of finance(defence) can guide who passed SAS and became as a S. O. (A) subsequently ( A. A. O.) But not awarded any financial benefits being they previously passed supervisory exam and given one increment during supervisory time. Pl guide this procedure adopted by department is correct, if not step thereof may be suggest. Thanks.

What about attaining the age of 80 yrs or completion of 80 yrs issue which many courts have given verdict as "attaining means from the start of age"
It has not been accepted by the Govt so far. As per the existing it will be enhanced only after completion of 80 years
Attaining means start of next year of age. "Aged" or "Age" means the completion of an year of age.

Even the payment being made to care takers of such pensioners needs to be exempted from tax. For १० hours the per day charges are ८०० rs. This is a huge sum. Now that the children r away in most of the cases, services of care takers is a must
This was discussed by the staff side JCM in the last standing council demanding to give exemption from income tax for pension

It is unfortunate I suggested no logic reduced pensions 50% after retirement it is injustice done I suggested 100% pensions should be given important benefits till death because older age we need money is only SOURCES because we have medical care and RESPONSIBILITY of families social RESPONSIBILITY.

The service pensioners associations at all India level should unite and put forward this matter to the attention of the prime minister of India. How many pensioners will be alive to receive this 5, 10 and 15 percent increase pension. The medical expenses are to high now, the minimum doctors consultation fee is 500 rupees, medicines are too costly. The non-CGHS pensioners are worst affected.
