So glad you talked about the brow freeze! I also feel like the shit stays flexible and doesn’t like..freeze? which I don’t have time for bc I have THICCCC brows. ALSO gave my dark dark brows a weird cast. My husband was like wtf is in your eyebrows? You know it’s shit when your husband notices.
It probably melted during shipping, but solidified by the time it got back to you. Metal tubes get hotter faster, and cool faster than plastic. I'm just guessing, as someone who lives the the hell of Texas, and receives almost everything I order leaking because of the heat LOL
OMG Sam i thought I was the only one thinking the Rare balm smelled bad! No one talks about it and I LOVE the balm but because of the scent I just couldn’t wear it ever. You were nice because I said it smells and tastes like a cleaning product 😂😂😂

Using the Got 2 be glued styling fell in your eyebrows is a game changer. I even squeezed the gel into an empty mascara tube so I can easily apply it to my brows it’s the best and my brows don’t move
I just recently got the new morganite shade in the mail, and I am so glad I waited to buy it! The new shade is perfect for my skin tone.

Weirdly enough I remember that original Bite lip product being SO difficult to get out of the tube. I’m assuming it’s because of the same type of metal tube they used.

As someone with chronic pain it's very hard for me to use my hands to twist or squeeze so tricky packaging and I don't get along. No time for that bullshit.

I had the SAME exact experience with the brow freeze. Love the way it applies...it NEVER dries down. And even worse, if I get hot or god forbid, sweaty (in Louisiana) I feel like I can FEEL it actively melting and falling. It’s wet like I just put it on. I had such high hopes so I was sooooo let down. I wanted my brows to be CEMENTED down.

I returned the rare lip balms for the same exact reason! I haven’t heard anyone else talk about that I thought I was crazy. Hated the smell and taste. I had the same experience with the fenty ones too.

I've been watching hours upon hours of her videos and am so grateful for (as you said) the breath of fresh air she is. 2) I really admire that you are keeping your baby & your channel separate. I love the texture and formula of the Rituel de Fille, and I love how the packaging looks, but the packaging is so difficult lol.
But the shades look so stunning as a gentle wash with a brush, they create such no makeup looks if you want them to.
Honestly had one of the shades and it wouldnt even show up on me. It was so tightly packed and it was terrible. I tried so many brushes, even my pinky finger, even a old school sponge tip applicator, NOTHING! I was so upset as it wasn't cheap. In NZ you can't return products so I was pissed. It wasn't that it was too light, it was just that the pigment sucked. Never buying one of their eyeshadows ever again tbh.

The Fenty Highlights are one of my favourite ones.
I have a huge pan in two of them. Personally I really enjoyed it that they were not the boom in your face highlighters, I love this more reduced glow.

Couldn't agree more on the brow freeze!! I have dark hair and have to go over with brow powder to cover the white bits!! But it stays super glossy on the brows which isn't ideal!!

I actually love the starglow as a foundation primer for glass skin without changing the colour of the foundation like other glowy foundations do like Charlotte Tilbury or age rewind. Its really good to mix in with things like the fenty skin tint

Brow freeze left cast on my many times & bc I needed enough product to hold up my brows & they flatten & soften through the day (the hour honestly-_-) love you!!!!& Congrats on the baby😍🙏👣💜
When using ABH brow freeze, 1st I take a Q-tip w/a makeup remover, run it through my brows to clean off any residual makeup BEFORE drawing in my brows. Then I swirl my pinky into the Brow Freeze & I roll a small spoolie through the product on my finger - like one you’d find on the end of a brow pencil & I brush it up & through. I don’t use too much because it can weigh your brow hairs back down. But by doing this, it helps to ensure there’s no flaky powdery looking things left behind. Last, I roll & hold the pencil over my brows for several seconds to allow it to lock in place. This has given me the best results - better than the powdery looking soap brows.
The other product that works really well at holding those hairs up is the Almay brow gel - the one with color in it. It has the BEST skinny brush & it really defines & holds those hairs in place.
The ABH brow freeze is my favorite brow product and I am absolutely SHOOK about sams thoughts!!! So wild how different makeup is to everyone 😂
Yes!! I purchased the same two Saie highlighters at the same time and the Bronze Nector one came in a metal tube that had obviously seeped out and the texture was awful. I had to use all my muscle to squeeze it out. Loved the other one though?

Hear me out... Those One Size eyeshadows smell like someone set fire to an entire cabbage patch doll collection. And putting l'eau de burnt plastic near my eyeballs is just a hard pass.

I heard somewhere that Rituel de Fille made the opening of the eye soot component small because they don't want you to stick your fingers in it. If you go on their website and order the sample size of the eye soot you can put your finger in the component that they send it in and they give a pretty substantial amount. I think its $15 US for 5 samples.
They actually say that they made it finger sized so you DO use a finger and get the product on the tip of your finger, but I think they forgot about people with fingernails and/or large hands. If my nails have any length, I can't use a finger without getting tons of product under my nail. And I have quite small hands.
I love their formula but I do wish they'd change the packaging of the eye soots. I usually just scoop out a tiny bit on the back of my fingernail and put it on the back of my hand.

OMG I had the same experience with the brow freeze but despite 4 attempts, Sephora won’t post my review!! I had pictures comparing one brow with the 3$ GOT2B gel vs this and the GOT2B put it to SHAME. Oops 😅
I love the Brow Freeze, but I do find that if I accidentally put too much it will pill and I’ll have chunks of it that I have to gently wipe off. It doesn’t stay flexible on my brows and it stays super well for me! ☺️ but my brow hairs are so so fine

Sam- Have you watched Kackie Reviews Beauty reviews on Saie in general. Even then, was pretty much the worst " clean" beauty brand ever . But I think you would really enjoy her vids in general.
I absolutely agree about the Fenty highlighters (the split pan ones). I’ve hit major pan on the “subtle” one only because I find myself applying a ton of it everytime. And the other one is oddly too much? Definitely a nostalgic product for me tho!

I agree with you on the Fenty highlight! I waited to buy one because I wasn’t sure what color I wanted, but everyone was saying they were the best highlights ever. I got the pink one and when I put it on there’s literally no pink on my cheek. My brush looks pink, almost like I’m using blush, but no pink highlight on my face. And I wasn’t expecting it to be SUPER pink but at least a little lol. The sheer side comes off kind of white and the glittery side is kind of gold and neither are bright or shiny enough for me. I think I’ll give it to my mom.

My Fenty highlighter got stolen when a support worker came to look after my special needs child and haven't repurchased since. I actually remember liking it. I also wear the brow freeze and I agree with you, it still moves. I like it and still use it because for the most part, most of my brows stay in place but my stubborn ones always droop. Lol.
