Great video. Recently purchased a 2011 c7 3.0tsfi on a whim as we desperately needed a bigger car for our 3 children (all in baby seats) and the dog. I’m loving it and actively on the hunt for a RS6 C7 and your video has proved very useful. Thank you.
Had a C7 RS7 performance in Nardo What a thing - straight line speed but handled like a bus, very practical and a lot of fun - fuel economy decent with active cylinders

I used to drive all kind of Audi RS for years, really enjoyed that "one car does it all mantra", to me VS Amg or BMW M RS have the best all around comprise, but.... in the end you spend most of your time driving just as fast as the dude in the Audi A6 in front of you except you are burning way more cash than he does.... When it comes to the few opportunities the kids are not in the car and where the road/the trafic allows you to have fun, well the cars are awesome as long as you are driving them at "80%" it really shines when you do "spirited crusing", if you are looking for true sport you will be disapointed IMO. Agree with everything you've said, obviously biased as I've got a C7.5 with near 18k worth of mods fitted by the previous owners! They are exceptional, one thing I do definitely prefer though is the air suspension. Even though it's bright sepang blue and growls and barks in asbo mode it attracts a lot more positive attention than I've experienced over the years with BMW M cars and my more recent B8 S4. Gone are the traffic light events where anyone with a mildly fast car (usually driven by a 30 something) saw my car as an instant threat to their manhood, turning them into captain caveman mode. Even with over 700hp on tap it is such a chilled car to drive, can barely hear the engine when cruising along in comfort mode. Already had it shown at one show, with another 2 coming up in the next month. And yes, 30mpg is definitely achievable in these things, although it would be a long motorway journey with cruise control on. I get around 23-25mpg with the mixed driving I do. Costs? Both HPFP's went immediately after getting the car a couple of months ago. 900 quid, including the oil change. Even if they hadn't went I'd have done them anyway as they are a notorious fail on these. Since then it's behaved impeccably, and with the previous owner wisely fitting AP racing 2 piece brakes, when it comes to swapping them out I only need to buy the pads, outer rotors and bobbin kit. Easily 500quid saved compared with OEM. Easily the best car I've owned to date, in the future nothing will likely come close.

Great car until the engine inevitably destroys itself. If you can’t afford to pay for the car twice don’t buy it.
Prefer look of c6.
Audi are unreliable and expensive to maintain don't waste your money if you want a good reliable car buy a lexus...
The interior on those c7 was dated looking when it was released & now they just looking absolutely shocking bad … hands down one of the most overrated boring cars in the last 15 years .. Audi has always been fashion over function & if you want a actual drivers car steer well clear from this dinosaur
