Just made some Shakshuka for myself and my family. Though when I added eggs the sauce and the pan were probably too hot, cause the egg yolks cooked through and were not runny, which didn't ruin the dish, but next time I have to remember to lower the heat a little bit :) Me and my family loved this recipe Felu, I will for sure add this meal to the list of my favourite breakfasts!
Great idea to put the bread on the bottom so you finally dig to it and already have tasty bread and don't need to scoop the plate. This plus an espresso and the day gets brighter.

I like my shakshuka with cumin, turmeric and smoked paprika. I've seen recipes that have it with harissa but I can't get that where I am. Definitely an amazing recipe that got me through university.
Fry a tuna fish stake before adding the onion for a variant. If you're not worried about calories use French fries as the side or fusilli if you don't want to eat fries.
As a comment on another of your dishes, I promised to make every single dish that you have shared with us. I still plan to make good on that, but I will just say that tonight was the third time in the last two weeks I’ve made this shakshuka…
I'm assuming it's 500 cals for the little serving you scooped out, I'm wondering how many cals for the whole pan because I know damn well if I made this that I'm gonna eat the whole thing lmao, also your shakshuka pronunciation was spot on, exactly how it's said in Arabic
Correction. At the end you put calories for 100g Paprika but you meant 100g of red pepper which is 40 calories not 20 calories. Also 100g of onion and pepper have the same calories.
as an Egyptian I am insulted the shakshoka don't have Cumin. but from the way you handle spicing your recipes I think you are German , that is why Paprika goes to all of your recipes😅
Just made this with a little bit of low fat cheese as an extra and oh my lord is it filling. I skipped the bread and I am shocked that this much food is below 700 calories

I tried making Shakshuka a couple of times and it's too acidic for me.
Avoid bell peppers ,you can make it without it just onion tomatoes
