Vicky, thank you for sharing this. I’m almost 70 yrs old and I remember when bologna was was very large around and came in a “U” shape. We had a lot of it when I was a kid, at home. You could cut thick slices from it and fry!! My mother usually steamed it and served chunks of it with fried potatoes or homemade Mac and cheese. We loved it. Not to be found anymore! Today it’s the size of 2 hot dogs and costs more than hamburger! So discussing 💕🙏🙏
Hey there Vickie!😊 I love me a good ole fried bologna sandwich, that is definitely a staple in our house. My husband eats his watermelon without salt, I eat it with salt. I love salt though, I eat it on everything. I'm a new follower, I found you through Brooke, I'm also in East Tennessee. Thanks for sharing a perfect summer meal idea with us, have a blessed week!

I have a microwave corn cooker that keeps RV cool. Your dinner looks yummy. I eat my watermelon both ways if it's sweet enough with no salt, if it needs to be a little sweeter I add a little salt
Love boĺogna fried and not fried. We had a man here who had a foòd truck. He was known as The Bologna Man." He had all different kids of bologna sandwiches. He was very popular and had a big following. I eat my watermelon with salt. I have found watermelon with seeds to be much sweeter than the seedless.

I always pick my watermelon by looking for the yellow sun spot on the bottom. And I like to cut both end of the corn and boil with husks on. It slides right out afterwards. Here is Las Vegas butter is almost 6.00 lb If i cant find it on sale.
